room was comfy and clean breakfast was great value for money close to centre of town and theatre
some staff bit unfriendly others couldnt do more for you dinner menu quite expensive for portions
convenience and reliability of Premier Inn brand. Close to transport links and centre of Glasgow with many pubs and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful and food in restaurant good tho breakfast did not provide any cold meats/ cheese in their continental spread. Would return.
Comfortable and clean room. Great view.
Queuing at reception as only one member of staff there at times. Generally a little short staffed. Poor choice of food in restaurant.
The breakfast the location the very nice staff the hot shower
The bed was not very comfy
Nice friendly Hotel ideally situated near the City. Would stay again.
The food in the restaurant was very poor, when you order a start medium to rare and comes out like old boot leather. Only ate their once.
Reported a large picture had fallen off wall I reported twice nothin was done wall plaster was all over place I have breathing problems and I had Inhail this nothin was done till the next day
The area was ideal for us for what for the location we need to be at.
There was no fridge, and not a lot of room to hang your clothes as it was hampered with a unit in front,a chest of drawers would have been nice to put clothes into, and lack of towels.
was 5 mins from city centre, was just perfect if you wanted a pub close by or something to eat everything was near
the bar not opening till 5,as we would've liked to have couple drinks in hotel before going too see our show.but apart from that it was perfect
Fantastic price, spacious room, tasty breakfast!!
Liked friendliness of the staff the location was great slept like a log
We were a bit cold when we came back fae trip to hydro cause we had to wait a while for a taxi but we put on the oil filled radiator and was fine no remote for telly
The staff were very helpful. Very convenient for the train station and buses.
The sound setting on the TV was far too low and made many programmes inaudible. The entrance was rather congested.
on 8th floor no noise from above or below or motorway
Friendly staff, bright room, nice quiet bar
The staff were first class. Really good food
The reception didn't refelect How good the hotel is. It is quite small for the number of guests
good sized rooms.light and airy 2 big windows curtains made of strange material but kept out light well. large bathroom.good breakfast liked the choice of coffee.
no individual overhead bedside lights. if only one person wanted to read in bed the other person couldnt have light off.had a bit of difficulty with shower.water kept going off. cleaner kept leaving bathroom door open in morning so fan on. not very enviro friendly.
Views from our room fantastic, quiet and comfortable. Bar good too. A good place to come home to after a heavy day shopping and going to a gig!
Just a little far from city centre - 20 mins walk
Well situated hotel. Near to main attractions and shopping. Nightlife close by within walking range.
Rather dark off putting reception area.
The cleaner was very very noisy she was banging the bed next door so loud and the Hoover
Location. Room.Facilities and comfy Bed
Nothing springs to mind
had a small child with me was after travelling for hours from 3 in the morning couldn't wait to check in and was upset to wait another hour with a child
Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.
One of our rooms was not ready for check-in at 2pm. We had to wait in a bar across from the hotel as the hotel bar was shut. We waited until 3pm but had to leave as we were going to a concert which started at 4pm. We therefore had to go through check-in procedure at 12.30am! We were not the only ones as the queue was very long with many people being told the same and wandering around the outside of the building. I believe this situation can only be put down to poor organisation and bad managment. Duvets were also too thin and we were cold - we tried to adjust the heating to no avail but didnt contact reception as by 3am we were too tired to complain after having had to mess about checking in!
I liked the fact that the bed was enormous and a good choice of pillows was provided
The room had a weird smell... couldn't exactly tell whether it was the carpet or the bathroom that was smelly. We couldn't open a window! But I felt as if the room wasn't clean enough.. There is a gentlemen's club exactly opposite to the hotel.
The beds are good and the room had plenty of space.
Our 'double' bed and duvet were really 2 singles put together. Very busy.
WiFi did not work, no support available. Terribly understaffed, the poor girl at reception was run off her feet, no one available to help. All this with the Commonwealth Games starting in a few days.
