comfortable hotel, reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable about getting out and about and how to get there Much longer walk than 5minutes, as advertised. Quite a small reception area which was very busy and cold. There was different party nights going on within the hotel, so the bar areas were very busy, with a wait at the bar and not a lot of seating within the areas. I would maybe book this hotel at a different time of year |

They had a bottle opener on the wall and gave us ice to chill our beer's It was advertised as a few minuets walk from the secc, but we found that there is 3 hotels closer, 1 of which was a Premier Inn, it is a about 20-25 mins walk from secc |

Rooms are quiet for a city centre hotel due to triple glazed windows. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were only 2 lifts working, which meant long waits at busy times the day |

It had everything we needed at a reasonable price. The staff were all friendly and helpful giving the hotel a nice homely and safe feel about it. The cleanliness too was excellent. We could not a fault a thing. I have stayed at expensive hotels and not been as well pleased. |

Convenient, value for money, good base for shopping, restaurants, bars. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rom clean and tidy - everything worked. Bed was short in length and width. Not a fantastic night's sleep. Also noise from other guests in corridoor was definately noticeable and woke me up a couple of times despite poeple only talking at normal volume and not being particularly rowdy! |

The room was clean amd tidy and considering the location was very quiet The staff at reception told us it was a 5 minute walk to the secc. This not the case we ended up on some very busy moterway then in a dodgy housing estate. It is a convenient location for secc if you have a car wouldnt recommend it if you are walking there |
