A simple, clean, friendly and very comfortable hotel with everything one needs. No more expensive than a good B&B and more comfortable than most. We stayed three nights and our beds weren't made on any of them, in spite of our asking three times. Don't know if that's a policy; reception was very apologetic but nobody did anything about it. |

Fantastic view of glasgows west end, spotless room and easy access to pubs and clubs I couldn't believe what time the bar closed at to be honest. I've never been to a hotel where the bar shut at eleven! Was just aswell we took some drink with us. However I still had to venture out for soft drinks especially since the only vending machine I could find wouldnt work and I lost a couple of quid in without getting a single drink out of it. |

A good sized room ,clean,warm and comfortable. The fact that you could not pay cash unless you had photo ID.I find this very strange.But as there was a lot of people waiting to check in I did not argue. |

Location On the last day the hotel was evacuated due to an electrical problem which interferred with the fire alarm. If we had not have phone the reception to ask for a late check out we would not have known about the evacuation. |

friendliness of staff particularly manager in restuarant on friday morning breakfast, she was very welcoming and friendly infact they all were. Yes second morning asked for porridge as it was so good first morning and told it was not available! |

I most confess its the poorest travel inn ive stayed in, the rug and the toilet was not the best. The hair dryer was broken and it took almost 20mins to get a replacement after the call to the reception. However the staff that welcomes u were nice. |
