Very friendly and efficient.

The Premier Inn Glasgow was ideal and within walking distance of the shops,restaurants, and near the motorway and trains.

We did not like the room view. The room looked right into an office block we had to keep the curtains closed other than that nothing else.

The location to the airport, the price, the renovations were wonderful, it was so clean and welcoming. Staff were awesome. Yovonne at the front desk was so helpful when I reserved a room at the wrong location, she did all the changes in my booking for me and checked our whole group in early so we could rest. The new renovations are great and the whole place was so clean. The amenities were very nice. Really loved the alarm clock in the TV with the news coming on the next morning! Very nice stay.

Wish the restaurant was open for lunch even if only for soup, salads, or sandwiches.

Easy access to motorway. Also near to wedding venue,food excellent and a very friendly atmosphere. Would recomend this hotel to my friends and family if visiting this location.

It was very conveniently situated a short walk to the main shopping area. The twin room was very comfortable with great views across the town. The reception desk was constantly manned. We ate at the restaurant one of the evenings and the meal was excellent and the staff very friendly.

When we arrived they could not find our reservation. I had booked the room and was paying for the room but for some reason it had been put down under the name of the friend who was accompanying me. For about 15 minutes we thought we were not going to get a room, which was a bit of a shock.

the room was not tidy when we arrived. i had to wait a couple of times before something is available from the front desk...eg. internet vouchers

Food from the restaurant was very good, very friendly and helpful staff

The bed was 2 single beds pushed together leaving an incredibly uncomfortable hard line right down the middle of the bed and there were a few springs raised in the mattress. This left me and my partner both with a sore back and a restless night.

I enjoyed my stay at the Premier Inn, Glasgow although it was a little expensive for a travel inn. I particularly liked the location as, coming from Edinburgh, the train went direct to Charing Cross saving me a lot of time and worry locating the hotel. The welcome to the hotel by reception staff could have been handled more sensitively than "what's your name". Otherwise I have no complaints.
