The staff were very welcoming and professional. I particularly appreciated the way all the staff you met greeted you, whether it be reception, bar, restaurant or even just a general assistant passing you in the corridors. I was made to feel very welcome and at home. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. I would struggle to find fault with any part of my two night stay and the competitive pricing will guarantee my return if ever in the city again |

Clean comfortable room, no noise Reception unable to cope at very busy times, had to wait half an hour to check in, then told only one room booked when booking form clearly said two. Two rooms evenyually allocated. |

I liked the ease of parking next door and the closesness to city ameneties. no shower wash in bathroom, reported 1st morning that it was empty, they said they would replace that day, next morning? still no soap, toilet bowl needed a good bleaching also. used to always feel that premier was that little bit superior to travellodge, but not anymore. |

Car park next to hotel waasn't too expensive compared to some car parks On arrival we waited for around 20 mins to be seen then were told there was no booking made for us and that they no longer associate with booking.com so we had no room booked, had to get a manager and finally we were given a twin room. The young girl at the desk looked and acted like she didn't want to be there. There was only one towel in our room even altho it was a twin. |

Saw a band and shopped. We booked a double room, but were given a twin room. This was not an issue because the two beds were easily pushed together, but this may be a problem for some. |

It is very easy to be found.Very convenient location.Parking outside where you can leave the car in a very low price.Personel very polite.Clean rooms and very quite.Nice view of Glasgow.Recommended It is always useful to have a fridge inside the room |

Pleasant staff, clean room, good value breakfast I had a bad first night caused by very noisy folk in the room next door and frequent banging doors in the corridor but this was not the fault of the hotel just the guests. The second night was fine. |
