Convenient to Restaurants and work place Booking was incorrect. We booked 2 rooms. When we arrived they only had one room booke and expected one of us to move to anotehr hotel. They did not consider the issue was theirs. They presented the Booking paperwork and suddenly realised that the error was theirs. The had not read the request correctly. We then offered a solution, which they had to liaise with their manager before proceeding. |

the thiness of the walls, the noise as someone constantly walked across the floor above us and sounded like an elephant for hours from about 7 onwards till we left. Hearing nextdoor talking at 3 am in the morning when I had specifically asked for a quiet room. No extra blanket, the room was cold. |

Room was very clean and nothing was to much trouble for the cleaning staff when I asked for extra coffee, milk , and sugar in the room. The rooms were to hot , and was not told when booking that is hotel is very close to the a127 and you can't have your window open at night due to the noise of the traffic. And to be told when leaving that there were sheets available instead of the duvet why were we not told this when we arrived!!!! |

This beautifully converted farmhouse is set in landscaped gardens and is close to Dartford, Bluewater and Lakeside shopping centres. It has lovely countryside views and plenty of amenities. |
This friendly, family-style hotel & restaurant is situated near the city centre and industrial areas in Basildon. |
This is a fine example of early 16th century architecture and was initially the home of Henry Roper, gentleman servant to Catherine of Aragon. |
Palms Hotel is situated in Hornchurch, South West Essex on the A127, and is is just 2 miles from J.29 of the M25. |
