The welcome was friendly, the room large and well equipped and the breakfast excellent. I'd stay in one of your hotels again. But the 'From £29' marketing campaign is very misleading. And you could improve the signs showing where the hotel is for those who don't know the area. |

We stayed here because it was a reasonably priced stopover in our journey from Scotland to the South East. It was comfortable reasonably priced and convienent There was for only one person on duty in the restaurant for most of our stay, 2 nights, She was not only dealing with taking orders and serving food but had to deal with the bar, hotel desk at times and deliver room service. This resulted in food being left on the counter for long periods and not being served at its best. She spent most of her evenings apologising |

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room good cooked breakfast was greasy - would have helped to have slotted spoon or tongs to pick up bacon, etc |

It was easy to get to, the staff very friendly, extremely clean. No noise at all at night. The breakfast was excellent but the evening meals very disappointing, unfortnately, I got a Ceasar Salad that only containted lettuce leaf, chicken and sauce, no croutons or cheese shavings, when asking where they where I was told sorry the chef did not tell me that we had none of the other ingredients left, this I found disappointing, also the Steak Portions extremely small considering price. |

The value for money was very good. very close to city centre We stayed for 4 nights and didnt have our bed linen changed for the whole time we were there. Also the hotel and the rooms were very hot even with the fans they provide. didnt sleep well due to the noise of the road running along the hotel/ |

Excellent staff- helpful and polite. For a budget hotel, we found the room clean and comfortable. Good value breakfast. Good base for visiting the Dales. |

The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean and comfortable. The location was good too. The noise from the creaky floor above us when they woke up at stupid o clock |
