Staff - clean room - easy to find

The staff were excellent, I looked my self out of my room and they were very happy to help. The staff at the hotel could not do enough to help and make your stay enjoyable. Top class service from them

The hot water has been cold on the 2 occasions I have stayed, the 3rd night the hot water was working. not enough milk or tea left in the rooms. if you get the water temp working correctly I would stay again

Room was good size,clean. Breakfast was good,big selection.

We have ordered 2quadriple rooms and been given double instead,also been told that they fully booked.

Reasonably comfortable,good bed and heating

Toilet got blocked which wasn't good

Reception staff member was very welcoming and helpful. Which gave the hotel a friendly atmosphere. It was nice to have a restaurant on site and to be in close proximity to a supermarket, and the ring road into town. Free parking is also a great bonus.Despite being close to the road, we were not disturbed by any noise,

We use this hotel for night as we travelled north and found the staff very good friendly,food was very good, bed was comfy, room very clean, parking was good,

A little tricky to find our way in off the motorway lol

We have no complaint about service and approach of the hotel staff.

We initially booked for 3 nights and I was horrified to notice there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel in the room for the two of us. We were given another towel as soon as I asked for it. On the 16th December we booked for another night, were given another room but still 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. We have stayed at Premier Inn in London, last year at Heathrow Premier Inn but have never experienced the lack of towels. I do think your housekeeping staff need to be made aware of their shortcomings. I have no objection to using the same towels for a couple of days but I do object to only having 1 towel to share. Thank you.

Pride Park facilities and access to Derby was easy.

Orientation of the beds for the children. Rooms to be dedicated to families and not knocked up for the stay. Maybe even a little divider between adult and children.

Room was clean and comfy. Great for the whole family. Breakfast was amazing , lots of choice and kids eat free. StAff great v child friendly.

room had not been cleaned when I returned from work, I was served a meal in the restaurant and the pie was still frozen in the middle, there was not even an apology

Very clean, good room with wifi, all you could possibly want,very comfortable beds, would stay there again for sure.

A bit hard to find if you dont know the area.

Clean, airy, friendly

The guests above were v noisy - bouncing on beds and slamming doors. Nothing that the hotel was a fault for, but it was a pain.

Friendly staff, especially Emmanuel, the receptionist.. Slept well. Good basic menu. Good set up with local taxi firm with very competitive rates.

Lack of a pint of decent beer.

I was impressed with the warm welcome at Reception and the ease with which we were booked in a directed to our room. The welcome in the morning for breakfast was great and what a nice breakfast it was. The most important part for me was the wife and kids had a great time.

Nothing caused me any problems.

Me and my family came to visit on the 17th of aug and we really enjoyed our stay.I thought the staff where very friendly at the bar and in the morning for breakfast. The breakfast had a lot of choices to choose from which was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, also the bed was very comfortable and got an excellent nights sleep, even though it was hot the room already had a fan provided. We will be returning again next august.

The service at reception was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable - in fact the usual "Premier standard". The breakfast was well presented, wholesome and well cooked.

We had dinner in the restaurant and whilst my steak was good my wife had lasagne which was burnt and dried up - we did complain at the end of the meal (when asked) and as a result I was reimbursed with the cost of breakfast which to some extent made up for the disappointment of my wifes dinner. On the whole the service in the restaurant was poor.

My Daughter slept on a mattress on the floor & did not sleep well at all. Mentioned to management but nothing done. Dissatisfied. Mr W O Marouli

We were charged too much to stay there. We should have paid £10 less which was on our reservation email. However the staff insisted it was the correct price. We actually have an email with both amounts on, which for a large corporate company like yourselves is terrible.

Spacious rooms

Being woken up at 6.30am and every 15 mins there after due to hotel rooms doors banging shut I raised this with reception there answer was not an apology but o well we will get the maintenance guy to look into it ? Marking I would recommend however I would advise to warn u will be woken up
