Booked at very short notice and staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Only very small problem was the highchair was too small for our 16 month old daughter. The straps weren't long enough.
The bathroom was spotlessly clean. I'm glad there was a Bible at the bedside table. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant could do a better job
Great Location Great Staff Great Food
On the 2nd night we had drainage issues with the toilet making noises and strange smells coming through the bath plug hole
Location perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention for Hayley and Johanna.
Bed was very comfortable
Restaurant a little cramped, but food very good
Reception service was excellent with staff helpful and knowledgable. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful particularly the breakfast team.
The room temperature was too warm 24.5c could not turn it down. Spoke to reception who offered a portable fan as a solution. Not ideal and led to uncomfortable sleep for a family of four sharing.
Friendly staff - especially upon check in.
Good size room with comfortable large bed. Very good restaurant with attentive staff. Good size carpark.
Stuck on a commercial estate beyond Sainsburies (in the French style). (You need a car to go anywhere.) Noise insullation between rooms could be better.
Brilliant staff, good location, good breakfast, value for money
Pillows, no phone, less choice of drinks, few of my friends staying with us experienced some noises
Good location for us.
We had room 101 a family room. BUT had no air conditioning. There was a fan but was very noisy and could not leave on over night & room overlooked busy road so could have window open. Should of been put in a room with air con as we had small children that could not sleep as it was so HOT
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
Everything was good.
All of it
Good location and excellent restaurant.
Good choice of cold and hot foods for breakfast. Choice of soft or firm pillows. Big comfortable bed. Availability of freeview on TV.
No hairdrier in room. No telephone in room if we needed to contact reception.
The staff were excellent, very helpful. They brought out child a birthday card as they heard it was her birthday. We would stay there again.
Straightforward to find, plenty of free parking. Despite out-of-town location, just ten minute drive to the City Centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean rooms and public areas. Excellent menu in the restaurant, a varied selection, pitched at the right price and cooked to a very good standard. Rooms prepared very tidily and to a good basic level of comfort.
Our first floor room was close to an almost constant source of heat (a laundry room?) so despite the provision of an electric fan the room was always a few degrees too warm for comfort. (26C at 4.30am with the window open in September!) The room contains a bed, sofa bed and an office chair. I would prefer an armchair so there is somewhere comfortable to read a book. The restaurant was insufficiently staffed on two of the three nights we dined there, leading to some embarrassingly long delays. This problem could be eased if there were fewer tables in the restaurant - particularly in the alcove area - where they are squeezed so closely together it is almost claustrophobic. It is very difficult to hold a private conversation at one table without being overheard at the next. One poor man asked to be moved to another table because the waitress couldn't pass behind him without bumping into him. That said, despite the best efforts of the pressurised staff, the restaurant was simply not large enough to manage the throughput or peak demands of weekend breakfast times.
lovely room, lovely people and great food would recommend to anybody.
bed was really comfortable but due to being on the ground floor their was a lot of creaking through the night from the ceiling above that kept me awake so would recommend the top floor.
All good sprt from room heat
Could not turn off or down heating room was really hot on a normal type of night slept with window open and a fan on high ,thought it was strange why there was a fan in the room, other small thing extractor fan squeaked when kids went to toilet for 20mins but as i was awake it didnt affect me LOL
The restaurant did a very good buffet breakfast at a good price. Great meal deals for breakfast and dinner and very good kids menu.
Would love for the hotel to have connecting rooms for big family's.
Hotel was close to what we need for the evening
I think the charge for wi-fi could be dropped as there are plenty of hotels offer free wi-fi
Friendly, welcoming staff Easy to find Hotel ( as long as you don't follow the satnav on the last 200 yards!) Location was near to holiday campsite. Staff that were willing to overcome problems to their best ability Good atmospheric facilities Good parking facilities Felt safe within the hotel
Unfortunately I found the beds were much to firm for me. The staff did try to soften the comfort by putting an extra duvet on the bed to soften it, but I still had to use a sleeping bag underneath me as well in order to stop my back hurting. My other party also felt the beds were far to hard but did sleep slightly better than I did. On the last night we came back to the hotel to find the room had not been serviced. The staff were very quick to take care of the situation and could not have been more helpful. An explanation was given in the morning.
Reception staff were welcoming and check-in was very good.
The chicken salsa burger was disappointing as the chicken was re-formed and very thin and therefore didn't really justify the £10+ price charged. The wine we ordered didn't arrive without us having to remind the waiter.
Cleanliness and friendly staff
Nothing to dislike
Bed was hugely comfortable, like having more pillows if needed, cold water in reception if required. Love staying at Premier Inns as we do often.
Hair in bath. Young daughter (9 years of age) ignored at reception when we needed more coffee for the room. First night I struggled to get to sleep as I was so cold.
