Score from 1612 reviews Fabulous
Located within 10 minutes’ walk of the London Gatwick Airport’s South Terminal, this modern hotel offers king size beds and stylish bedrooms complete with satellite TV and individual air-conditioning....
Score from 1568 reviews Good
Good sized, comfortable room and good breakfast served from 4.30am to 10.30am,
Somewhat expensive. Would be nice to have facial tissues and shampoo supplied.
Excellent service, good value for money. We had are evening meal and breakfast on there meal deal which was excellent value. I would highly recommend to anybody.
Nothing to dislike
The staff were really helpful and friendly. I opted for the special meal promotion of a 2 course evening meal with a glass of wine and a buffet breakfast. I prefer this hotel as it is smaller than the other Premier Inn at Gatwick. The shuttle bus was reasonable and ran every 20 minutes.
The corridor outside my bedroom door had a heavy footed guest walking about at all hours.
I felt extremely comfortable as a solo female traveller. Extremely welcoming.
Reception staff very helpful and friendly Room excellent Cleanliness first rate Room on 3rd floor, very quiet Ticked all the boxes. Exactly as Lenny Henry advertises
Clear directions for walking from North Terminal are needed. Only possible to buy full breakfast when all we wanted was coffee and toast.
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice
Good breakfast, even had gluten free bread
rooms looking a bit tired and not the best cleaned either
Bed springs noisy. No toothpaste in overnight kit
After spending 47 days backpacking Europe and England, Premier Inn provided excellent service before our long flight home.
The location was excellent. The size of the room was perfect and bed was comfortable. Free wifi was great.
When booking I booked the wrong Inn, my own fault, and we did not like the walk, crossing the busy roads. Did not realise there were 2 Innd!
Staff were great. Room clean and comfortable.
No hair dryer. No mini bar/fridge.
Convenience of location and excellent service.
The location was idea, as we were flying out to Amsterdam and we could walk to the airport. Also was able to get the train to London for the day.
People smoking at the front entrance.
Shuttle available when arriving late, and punctual on departure. Very good restaurant service, especially 4:30 am start. Room was clean, spacious, and well equipped.
Early morning call facility: not documented or visible on phone handset. Had to call for help. Called 1234 and told to use #90. Just got a short silence then continuous dial tone. Called for help again. Told to say the time then hang up. DID NOT GET A CALL IN THE MORNING. Need a better, more intuitive system, which is obvious and simple to use.
Proximity to the airport and long stay car parks and being able to have a meal on arrival on-site.
Having to pay £10 to park for 24 hours (we were only there for nine hours). Very noisy with other guests coming and going all night long and rooms which appeared to have no sound-proofing.
A young guy serving I think he had blond hair. His manners and serving technique was excellent. Really a 5 star service
This was convenient to Gatwick Airport on our way south of London. They give you breakfast so that you don't need to worry about it when you get up to travel the next day.
The room was small and it was like a rabbit warren to find your room. I understand the requirement for fire doors but it would be beneficial to have enough room to get through with your bags with tight corners and then get into a very small lift.
Spacious room, polite front desk staff.
Supposed to be 4 minutes walk from airport but it's at least 15 minutes walk with luggage and road crossings. Difficult to find at night.
rooms were clean and tidy, food in restaurant was good as well
Proximity to airport. Food good.
The whole building is in need of renovation - it is looking 'tired'.By comparison, we also stayed at a Heathrow airport hotel that was superior in every respect that was only 7 pounds dearer - modern bathroom fittings and overall decor fresh and inviting. In its current condition we would not again stay at the Premier Inn.
Shuttle bus service. Free WIFi. Good value breakfast. Bar staff very friendly.
Had to wait 25 mins for dinner order.
Walking distance to terminal. We always use the same place when traveling from Gatwick. We find everything suits our needs.
We have no complaints whatsoever.
