Good sized family room, very quiet with good airconditioning. Excellent resturant, much better than expected by the Hotel price. Breakfast all-you-can eat-buffet was very very good, putting some 4 star Hotels to shame with fresh ground coffee and wide range - excellent value at 7 pnd per adult with children free. It cost 2.5 on hotel shuttle bus (every 12 min from sounth teminal) to get there. |

The location of the hotel is good, easy to access the airport. My booking was not in their system it took some time to record and get a room. |

It does what it says on the tin. No frills hotel accommodation, mildly more expensive than I thought justified considering I still had to get a shuttle to get to the hotel. In future I would elect to be ten minutes away and save the pennies! The fifty minutes it took for a shuttle bus to arrive (admittedly it was just after mid-night) and then finding that at Gatwick the phrase Courtesy Bus simply meant the driver was very polite when lightening my wallet. Premier Inn North is not listed on the bus time table so additional time is wasted finding which bus to get. |

Friendliness and efficiency of the staff The shower was dysfunctional. You need to fit the US style single handle control: up and down for volume, side side for tempersature. I could not control the temperature in LGW room 329. |

It was convenient to Gatwick North. Would not use again In spite of my making a note on booking that my wife was disabled and had walking difficulties we were still allocated a room which,although did not involve using stairs, could not have been further from the main reception and outside door. The hotel does not seem to cater for disabled persons in any way ! |

Efficient friendly staff, restaurant menu allowed good choice, room clean and well-appointed. Close to airport with a quick bus transfer, good choice for early flight. |

I stay here regularly when travelling thru London, short walk from Gatwick North, clean and convenient. I booked my room through Booking.com but when I arrived they had no record of my reservation. Luckily they had a room available. |

Very convenient for the airport with a frequent shuttle bus. The restaurant was good and has a small outside area to make the most of the sun (if out!). |

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is within easy distance of the terminals with a regular shuttle bus and we were able to leave our car at the hotel for the duration of our holiday abroad. |

A little compact for a family of four (youngest child's bed is a mattress on the floor, but that was fine.) the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom also very clean.Did not use the restaurant for dinner so cannot comment.Breakfast was good with kids eating free and position of the hotel so close to the terminal building with very little aircraft noise was great. |

The room was clean and comfortable for weary travelers and everything worked. The location was very convenient and the breakfast was very good as well. The staff was not helpful and we had a hard time finding our room while juggling several bags. Also, I was very disappointed that the wifi was not included, and additional money was wanted for this. |
