I had two problems at the hotel both of which were quickly dealt with. Generally the staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The location of the hotel - just a very short walk to Gatwick North Terminal - made it an ideal place to stay overnight. |

Ease of booking in. Room comfortable and adequate. Restaurant available with good selection and service was reasonably quick. Ideal for travelling to and from airport. Extra towels would be good - only one set for a family room. Also only 2 sachets of coffee. Not terribly important for a one night stop but would have been nice. |

Perfect for Gatwick airport! No bidet and no additional hand shower in bathroom. Separate hot/cold water taps. No water mixer: ridiculous in an international airport hotel in 2010 !! |

Simple, comfortable and clean hotel, very conveniently located to Gatwick airport. The check-in process seemed clunky and took longer than reasonable. |

I completed a compliments slip at the end of my stay to say I think you do what you do very well and that you are very good value for money. Your staff were also coping well with considerable pressure given the numbers using the hotel because of weather induced plane delays. This included responding well to customers who were not always fair in there expectations or complaints. |

It was convenient for our purposes for an overnight en route from Cyprus to home The bathroom smelled of foul water. The shuttle service between Gatwick terminals and the hotel ran late and tried to cram too many people into the coach. The driver was quite unhelpful and seemed to take no account of how many seats were available. |

The hotel was fine but the booking had to be remade because they could not find the reservation made through you on their system and said this often causes a problem and recommended that we book through their own website next time. |

It's well- located for flying from Gatwick Airport, a good place to stay if you live in other parts of the UK and have to catch an early flight. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good. When I spoke to colleagues who had done the same as me before flying out to our work, they had all seemed to paid quite a bit less for their hotels. They had no complaints. |
