Polite helpful staff. Reception open 24/7. Excellent comfortable clean room. Close proximity to Gatwick Airport. Frequent service bus 24/7 to airport (approx 10 mins journey).

Near airport. Staff welcoming and friendly. Comfortable big beds. Good food, well presented and big choice. Shuttle bus leaves every 20 mins from airport. Can't say there was anything I disliked.

Very convenient to the airport, can be reached on foot from North Terminal in 5 minutes, or by shuttle.Very good standard of comfort as usual with Premier Inn, at a very affordable price. Personnel was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, 30 minutes free internet, bar open until late.

I particularly appreciated the civility and helpfulness of reception since after a very long day's journey into night I was dead on arrival. The hotel does its job very well. Spacious room. Excellent bed and bathroom. All good.

Beds were the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in. Staff were very polite and helpfull gorgeous food served in the hotel restaurant and bar... volume of tv has a very low limit... and the air conditioning should be able to make it cooler in the bedrooms... as it got too hot in the room during the night when the lowst we could physically get it was 16º

We thought it was ideal for a one night stay before a long haul flight. Excellent value, very clean and the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will certainly use in the future. Was expecting shampoo, tissues etc. but perhaps that was too much considering the price.

Very pleasant check in, ideal location and good price. Ordered meal deal, food itself was good but had to locate a member of staff to remind them I had a dessert oredered, I had been waiting 30 mins after finishing my main course.

Excellent room and very clean and quiet. Bed much better than Travelodge You should make it clear that this hotel is not the one opposite the entrance to the airport. I arrived wih a number of other groups who all had to be told that they were in the wrong hotel - frustrating for all.
