Close to Airport, easy to get to airport, ideal for overnight stay to catch a flight. Family room was good for a family of 4. The hotel is not the "newest" anymore. Everything was clean and the room itself was fine, but the bathroom was not the nicest though fully functional, It was ok for us though as we only used it for an overnight stay to catch early morning flight. |

close to the airport. the< serve coffee for free in the lobby and collet money for a good couse thereby in the general areas not too clean. |

Hotel was convenient to airport ,clean,helpful and friendly staff and good value for money. Would be good to give exact directions of transport to hotel.A friendly policeman directed me to the shuttle. |

very convenient location for the airport so could just walk to airport at our convenience. Hotel very comfortable and ideal for the family, suited our needs perfectly. Breakfats deal very good value. Free tea/coffee on arrival was unexpected but very nice |

It was the cheapest and the fastest i could find. extremely slow check in. scorching hot water difficult to regulate. dirty towels. narrow corridors. shuttle is not free. |

Very good distance from Gatwick Airport (only about 5 mins). Shuttle bus facility to take you directly to the airports terminals. Helpful and friendly staff. |

The bed was extremely comfortable, much more so than many other more expensive hotels. I also liked the lack of clutter in the room.( Extra chairs and tables etc are not necessary in bedrooms) |

We arrived on an evening flight and needed somewhere close for an overnight stay. Convenience and reasonable cost drove our selection. As an airport hotel we did not hold high expectations. To our delight we found it very quite and comfortable. I would happily use this hotel again. |

good location, active bar and obviously people enjoying them selves. Complementary tea/coffee in check in. large good room very quiet. booking in was very slow and computer was not working. no milk for free coffee in check in. |

It was very convenient for Gatwick Airport North Terminal and there was a 24 hour reception. Could do with more signage directing from Gatwick Airport to the hotel as we walked there but were initially confused about where to go. Had to wait a while to book in even though it was after midnight - there was no complimentary tea/coffee available while waiting to book in - had to make a special request to obtain this. |

Cleanliness and spaciousness of rooms. Have used this hotel for years and commented to Manager that the restaurant staff do not clean up and prep tables for incoming guests. You can eat your meal surrounded by tables piled up with plates and debris. Seems to be lack of supervision and commitment. |
