The very friendly and efficient service from members of staff. The rooms were very comfortable, spotlessly clean and relaxing. Beds are extremely comfortable, my group all commented on how well they slept. My group really enjoyed the meals that were served, all freshly cooked to perfection. Only down side was the televisions did not want to work.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, great facilities, great location (not noisy despite being so close to the motorway). Would definitely stay here again! A little overpriced, double what I'm used to paying for a hotel room. Breakfast and wifi both expensive.

The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming upon arrival.the bar and dining staff were polite and upbeat. The room was clean modern and comfortable and warm without being stuffy as there is a wall thermostat you could alter the room temperature to suit your own needs.I would definitely stay at this premier Inn again

The staff are absolutely brilliant!!! Unfortunately a previous guest had been smoking in the room and so we were moved ,no questions asked!! They even told me they had tried to get rid of the smell so they knew about it. My suggestion is that there should be no smoking signs on the back of the doors in bold letters.

All the staff were friendly, we particularly liked Tee who was always charming, helpful and funny. The room was clean and comfortable. My husband had a lot of work to do and found it quiet and easy to concentrate with a well positioned desk for his lap top. The kids liked the telly! We chose pizza for one meal and it was exceptionally good. My smoked tomato soup was also of a standard I wasn't expecting in a large chain. We both felt that the chef was very capable. One of the breakfast waitresses was in a bit of a flap even though it wasn't busy and kept barking questions at us rather than let us explain for ourselves what we wanted. This is a picky point though.

I like the hotel very much unfortunately while we were there my friend had a phone call, her father had been taken to hospital,so we had to leave before staying the night. He is alright now. from the time we stayed we found it very nice and clean, but did not have time to test the bed which i sure would have been nice too. I am sorry i could not be anymore helpful as we had to leave due to an emergency only one comment, the milk for the coffee did not taste very nice,

Good-sized room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Nothing to dislike, although, as with most hotel chains, I think breakfast is over-priced, and we never seem to be able to get the much- advertised £29 deal!

The night I stayed there was a problem with the power supply which meant that there was no tv. I also had to move rooms as the lights kept going off in the room I started in. The staff were very helpful especially Claire who was on reception that night. They all worked hard to resolve the problems however it was quite disruptive.
