Easy distance to Harry Potter studios and London, lovely staff
The staff were great. Breakfast excellent.restaurant very nice.
No reason not to have free wifi all the time. showers could do with instructions, to avoid getting soaked trying to work them out. it was very coldin the room even after turning up thermostat the heater didn't give out any heat.
The Staff were frendly
No much other than Mac D, Fuel and Premier Inn on Services
Mould in the sealant and grout around bath and also on ceiling
I stayed there before and was then, as now satisfied with the stay as stated above
I had a disabled room which was good in most aspects except that the radiator didn't seem to be working properly.
Reasonable value for money.
Though quite a recent build, rooms where looking tired, mold on bathroom ceiling etc. No sound proofing from bedroom to corridor, was noisy in morning with people going to breakfast and leaving, as we was near the exit this was a problem as we had all the foot traffic walking past,
The whole place was cold, the room, the restaurant were both cokd and the heating vents were blowing cold air It was cold outside but sone allowance should have been made in regard to the local weather conditions
Location close to relatives for a stay over the Christmas period. Access at all hours..! [We didn't eat in at all during this break].
Quiet location, the fact that it is a smaller hotel, comfortable bed, room was very clean and you could actually open a window !
There was only one member of staff on duty in the restaraunt who could clearly have done with more help considering the number of guests. Some guests came down to breakfast wearing "onesies", which are clearly sleeping/ relaxing at home clothes; I would equate them with pyjamas and dressing gowns and don't feel they're appropriate for a dining room, even for children. There were also only one bath and one hand towel provided, which is understandable in the light of the current attitude of many people in that they are freebies to be taken away; I am sure staff would have provided more if I had asked, I just expected two of each to be there, but sympathise with the reason they are not.
bad smell in bathroom sewage/drains
Likes the service ,the staff were welcoming and really friendly and really helpful
The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The restaurant area was great. Overall experience was brilliant.
Family of five given two rooms close to one another, booked breakfast which was great set us up for the day staff all very friendly reasonably priced, perfect for what we needed close to Harry Potter studios.
Spacious room very quiet considering location so close to major dual carriageway
When using the shower there was no handrail for the slippery bath. Very limited supplies of tea, coffee & no decaf offered.
very nice and helpful reception staff Room comfortable
I found it a bit difficult to find - I'm not from the area and the sat nav couldn't pick up the location
Quiet hotel, excellent breakfast , great stay .
Good location and easy to find.
The continental breakfast on offer, as the restaurant was being refurbished.
Staff were very helpful breakfast was good and the whole place was very clean.
Unfortunately although the room was quite large with space for a small table and at least one comfortable chair these were not provided.
- The beds were comfortable for sleep - The environment was peaceful - The break fast was good
- No Basic Telephone Facility in room
No phone in room. No hot water mixing in basin. Poor continental bfst
I have written a letter to Customer Relations - which see.
No breakfast and no prior notification.
the staff made it.
Restaurant was small but very good, beds were comfy and rooms were clean. No surprises but we like staying at premier inns.
We went in November and the first floor corridor and rooms were stifling hot as there was no air conditioning so we had to open window but then we had the busy a41 to contend with.
