We stayed at this hotel as a 34 strong cycling and support team doing a charity event. The staff at Hemel Hempstead went above and beyond what we asked for. They were extremely accommodating, the rooms were fantastic value for money and the restaurant staff could not do enough to accommodate our large group who were desperate for food following a hard days cycling. Would definitely recommend this hotel to individuals and group parties.

Staff were very helpful, the kids beds were already made up and not a sofa bed to make up. Courtesy call 5 minutes after getting into room to make sure everything was ok.

Very impressed. Two adult couples cycling in the Chilterns. Staff very friendly and eager to please. Breakfast freshly cooked and served and plenty of choice. Comfortable bed, large quiet room on side away from road. Could see some fields. No train noise. White Horse does good food 300m away.

Would appreciate secure, covered, bicycle parking area.

The staff looked after me incredibly well. I stayed for a whole week and they were very attentive and helpful and catered to all my needs and requirements.

Very comfortable room with very good bed and linen. Extremely clean.

My son and I stayed there to attend my sons grandads funeral in hemel. the staff were all very freindly and helpful, the lady on reception was especially nice and chatted with my son.The rooms were comfortable and the food in the restaurant to a high standard, I myself am a chef and was pleasantly suprised that the food was so good. Will use Premier Inn again.

Good room, fast Wi-Fi. This is a budget hotel with high standards, and comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast, cooked to order, good size. I will stay here again next time.

Room heater thermostat won't go above 23degrees which wasn't warm enough plus it keeps deciding the temperature should be 18 degrees. Took 2 days to get an extra heater

clean, great service and friendly staff, special thanks to TEE. He was excellent and exceeded what anybody could expect for his service, attention and friendly manner. what an example, outstanding with adults and children, this was noted with all customer I saw at the hotel.

The staff were so helpful. We had booked a double room but did not specify the ground floor. The young man went to the trouble of giving us a ground floor room for which we were very thankful.

Not what we did not like- but you only allow for business or pleasure stays. As we were visiting our son who has cancer it would have been more appropriate to tick "personal" Otherwise we cannot praise your standards highly enough and we will be booking with you again in the future.

we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this group and would use again.

Staff were really top class! Great with my young children. Found us train times and all gave us the feeling of being in a real genuine friendly place. I've paid three times as much for accommodation and not had any better service!
