The staff were excellent, julie on reception made us feel very welcoming and helped me with a problem I had when one of my children were ill, sarah who wored within the restaurant area was amazing, she knew we had a problem with one of our children and arranged for us to have our meal in our room, she was very kind and very attentative to our every question, quiery, the staff and this hotel is superb, look out for the £22.00 3 course meal deal, very good variety and it also includes breakfast the next day which is worth £7.99 on its own and all kids eat free, there was so much food it was unreal very worth the stay and very worth the money on food couldnt ask for a better place.

The best thing about this Premmier inn is the attached restraunt. The problem with some others in the area is the high prices and some of the food establishments Generally this was a good place to stay

The staff are fab - all because of the lead given by sally(?) who was the manager. She has created a great team and allowed them to develop to the benefit of customers - will definitely stay there again.

1St time have used Premier Inn ( previous Travelodge user) Room was spotless Decor and ambience around the hotel was good. Breakfast was high quality and perfect. Overall considering the price I have paid a lot more for an inferior product. I will be staying at premier inn now whenever possible

As it was our Golden Wedding Anniversary we had quite a lot of rooms booked in our party and the hotel was close to the venue we chose to hold our celebration. Everyone in our party was more than happy with the accommodation and the value for money. The staff on reception were very helpful. I have stayed at that hotel before about 10 or more years ago and did recommend it to our family and friends. The only thing I didnt like was the rubbish milk provided in the room for the coffee and tea facility it was undrinkable but we were able to get a decent coffee in reception.

Excellent staff - very courteous and helpful Would have been useful to have a exit/entry door at far right of building rather than only entrance in the middle. However, I realise that your security policy is very good and that this "minor irritation" would compromise this.

Having been requested to leave our keys at reception whenever we left the hotel it was irritating on a number of occasions that with only 1 member of staff manning the desk and 2 or 3 people waiting to book in we just joined queue and waited 5 mins to get our key back. I asked if they could get another member of staff to assit in just returning my key and was advised I would have to wait for my turn!

Ideally located off the a14, resturaunt all under one roof which is very ideal for woman travelling on there own you feel much safer Some rooms didn't have the mirror over the table so is it's better to do your hair rather than have the mirror by the tea, kettle area.
