Receptionist was very helpful. Hotel was very good value for money, as was the bar and restaurant on site. Room was clean, bright and comfortable. |

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is very clean and service was excellent. Lots of parking place. Well done. AC was not working and so the room was very stuffy in the night. |

As always the bed was extremely comfortable. The TV could be watched from the bath and it was very clean. Also, they appear to of taken on board the comments of it being to hot, as i had a huge fan in my room which was gratfully recieved in the middle of the night. |

How comfortable the beds were and it had a bath. Also how lying in the bath i could still watch the TV! Genius! There was confusion between the hotel staff and the pub staff. Hotel staff mentioned things you could do, like taking food back to your room but when this was mentioned to the pub staff, this was not allowed. Also hardly any staff at the pub, so waiting was inevitable. Room was quite warm too. |

My primary destination, Glenfield Hospital, was within walking distance. The hotel as such was absolutely OK, car park OK, staff OK. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel served a good traditional breakfast, dinner was quite inexpensive ('two for one'), but quality was so la-la (rumpsteak skinny and big, but thin and well done instead of medium raw). |

From the start the staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble, the hotel was easy to reach with all rooms on three floor, food was supplied from the Pub in the grounds and was excellent value. The Room was clean and well presented we had an enjoyable stay. |
