The hotel staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Always found the rooms clean and comfortable. We have enjoyed the food, lots to choose from, something for everyone. This is the second time we have stayed there and will be using this hotel again and again, well done, excellent service.

Friendly staff and always helpful The £29 room rate is rarely available and a bit of a come-on. Other hotels seem more competative for similar type of accomodation. recent enquiry revealed nearest competitor in same town offered 2 day accomodation 35% less for a 2 night stay in July.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for us and we will certainly return another time. We also enjoyed breakfast very much. One thing that I would like to comment on is that we were given a disabled room as there was nothing else available at the time - which was fine and not a problem at all. However I was surprised that a room that presumably caters for wheelchair users didn't have a walk in shower. The other equipment in the bathroom was suitably adapted, that is the sink was low and the toilet had bars but no disabled person would be able to shower themselves.

Excellent throughout during our one night stay. Would appreciate another easy chair for comfort. I understand that in this Hotel you have no disabled access bathrooms. What I mean is you have no walk in showers. Apparently all your bathrooms have showers over the bath. In my wifes case she cannot manage getting into a bath for a shower (or even a bath). However we were only staying one night so no real problem. A longer stay would have been problematic. Breakfast was excellent and I must praise the Lady on reception who was very helpfull indeed when we requested our daughters room be moved nearer to us.

Good continental breakfast, plenty of variety and good value for money. Cleanliness of hotel first class. Nice big bath towels, roomy bathroom. Nice bar in comfortable surroundings. Our bed was not a king size, or even a full sized double. The TV was small and old fashioned. Not flat screen.

Clean, quiet with helpful staff, free, convenient parking, free breakfast with good options Noisy toilet flush, completely useless hair dryer (barely blew, wasn't even close to hot and a button had to be held down for it to work) - no electrical outlet for hair dryer in bathroom, soft mattresses, noisy heater/air conditioner

The hotel was very busy with a Wembley final the next day, but the front desk staff remained relaxed, smiling, helpful and welcoming. A big plus. The hotel itself is unpretentious, clean and efficient. The bed mattress was too soft for my liking.

The breakfast was of very poor quality and was also cold, the hotel didn't have any spoons or cups for breakfast. It was a pleasant stay but you need to get your breakfast in order and will not be staying again anytime soon.

I felt totally relaxed in this hotel, be it the comfy and spotless bedroom to the superb and friendly staff. I loved eating in the dinning area and the food was superb, I also relaxed in the bar area and felt quite at ease. I used this hotel for the convenince when I visited a friend and would use this hotel again as I enjoyed my stay so much. I had planned to eat at a posh hotel for new years eve, but when I saw the dinning area it seemed so cosy that I stayed at the premier instead, the wine and the food made it a great night! My only gripe was that when standing in the bath to have a shower, the bath is so narrow that it was quite easy to slip and fall. But as I was doing arobics I was fine! All in all a superb stay at the premier!

Room was nice and clean, staff friendly. Location quite ok, bit far from centre of London, but if u travel by car it takes 30/40min to get to Westminster area. Breakfast a bit pricey...7.99 Choice limited, but again area was clean and staff helpful. We would definetly recommand PremierInn in Borehamwood.
