Premier Inn London Elstree / Borehamwood  

Our rooms, were generally very good standard for what we paid. Quiet situation and convenient for visiting relatives.

Woken up around 3am by very noisy people banging doors and shouting at each other. This went on for some time until we told them to be quiet

Friendly staff

Had to ask for enough towells(in both the double rooms booked there was only one set of towells provided). Also I had expected there to be more toiletries provided.Object to having to pay extra for disability room which I did not need.

Nice view from the 6th floor.

Not enough coffee.

rooms warm and air con too noisey,pillows too thick and bed too soft and bouncy.

Internet is not free, you pay 3 pound for 30 minutes or 10 pound for 24 hours (ending 24 hours after opening account)

The room was larger than I expected, the eating/drinking facilities were all in one place. Staff acknowledged you at all times and were very polite. Good location for our purposes.

Breakfast- Good choice of food, however eggs and bacon were not warm. Should be keptin a heated covered container. Evening meal was poor. Garlic mushroom - battered and tasteless as was the - Rump steak, which was tough. Could not recommend the limited menu! It was the offer of breakfast and 3 course evening meal for £22.00 per person. Being elderly people, a single main course would have been sufficient with a more varied choice available. Our mistake.

Excellent stay, very pleasant staff, ideal to have a restaurant on site when you return late, would stay there again.

The air-cond is a bit loud but still an excellent budget hotel

Excellent efficient attitude of all staff. Very nice comfortable room and beds. Very good value for money. Exactly what the advert says!

Staff were helpfull and freindly

The family room is just fine for 4 of us.

The breakfast was of very poor quality and was also cold, the hotel didn't have any spoons or cups for breakfast. It was a pleasant stay but you need to get your breakfast in order and will not be staying again anytime soon.

I felt totally relaxed in this hotel, be it the comfy and spotless bedroom to the superb and friendly staff. I loved eating in the dinning area and the food was superb, I also relaxed in the bar area and felt quite at ease. I used this hotel for the convenince when I visited a friend and would use this hotel again as I enjoyed my stay so much. I had planned to eat at a posh hotel for new years eve, but when I saw the dinning area it seemed so cosy that I stayed at the premier instead, the wine and the food made it a great night!

My only gripe was that when standing in the bath to have a shower, the bath is so narrow that it was quite easy to slip and fall. But as I was doing arobics I was fine! All in all a superb stay at the premier!
