Location good for many attractions
I slipped gettting into the tub. Please add something to avoid slipping like non-skid strips and better hand holds.
I stayed with my partner for 2 nights, we had a disability room which was very spacious, the bed was as you would expect lovely and comfortable and we were right over the tube line but were surprised that we couldn't really hear the trains.
Our shower head was broken luckily my partner had some tape in his bad and could fix it, we didn't get to the hotel until late Friday so informed the reception staff that it was split and we had to do a basic repair in order to use it but we were disappointed that on our return sat night it hadn't been fixed by this time it was 3am and we just wanted to sleep but this should have been fixed if we hadn't have had tape we wouldn't have been able to shower
The hotel is only a short walk from the tube station. Friendly staff on arrival and throughout our visit. Very clean, excellent room,Lovely breakfast. Convenient for getting around london. Would highly recommend this hotel it's probably the best premier inn I have stayed in.
everything, we were spoilt for choice.
there was NOTHING not to like
The location was okay to the tube station.
No radiators in the room, very poor way of heating the rooms is through a hot air heater. Which was very noisy on and when turned off was still noisy. This resulted in my family having to sleep in cold conditions. The lift ( right one ) was dangerous closed very quick nearly trapping my 3 yr old child, also closed very fast on my suitcase - luckily no-one else. What made it worse was when I mentioned this on check-out the staff member (Leon) knew about this!!!! Very dangerous and yet even though it is known it was not rectified or condemned/made safe until fixed. It has put me off the premier inn chain! Certainly from a safety aspect for my family.
Everything. But the staff - and particularly Saul and Jazz - made this stand out above any other hotel I've stayed in in London (and that is many, up to and including 5 star)
All staff were very friendly and helpful. The Premier Inn is always comfortable and very affordable
Very handy for earls court tube, all staff friendly and helpful, the restaurant manager even insisted on going to get my wife a teaspoon, the breakfast as usual was great and the meal deal which we had on our last night was exceptional value.Room was warm and comfortable bed great ,room a bit small but still bigger than any others we have stayed in ,in London,no I nor my wife work for or are connected with Premier inn we just feel they deserve a good review.
Honestly cant find a fault.
Stuff was very helpfull, nights where very comfortable and quiet, the hotel is located so good, breakfast is good
Loacation Staff Food
The position, the cleanling of the room
I called the day before and I sent an e mail to check that everything Was in order with my reservation. We never received an answer to my mail, and at check they Made a mistake sito the beds. At breakfast room vero nice Lucia, very Bad Glenda
Good value food and drink
Our bedroom was in a corridor with a school trip. Despite signs saying quiet zone from 10pm they were swapping rooms, slamming doors and shouting in the hallways until gone half past midnight. My children were crying as they were so tired. Such a shame as if we had got some sleep would have been a great place to go again
Location Staff Breakfast Fair price for London 30minute free wi-fi
Location, friendly & accommodating staff
Having to pay for wifi
Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful, particularly Marlon. Breakfast was of decent quality, wish there were a few more options. Dinner in the restaurant was a great value, especially the children's meal deals. Extremely close to the underground so it was very convenient to get around.
Room was pretty small for a family of four.
Close to tube station
Our room was over the tube track. Noisy as early as five in the morning and shattering at times.
comfortable and clean
nothing of note
Locationl-easy access to the tube and eateries. Clean room/toilet and comfortable bed.
only 30mins of free wifi.
Room spacious, bed comfortable and did not overcharge for drinks.
No wakeup nor an alarm clock.
The staff were friendly and informative. The breakfast was superb, having to wait a little while your eggs are cooked in front of you is good in my book. The whole hotel was great. Easy walking to the Royal Albert Hall
cleanliness ease of check in breakfast
noise of trains that ran under the hotel
was very handy for tube station, to enable you to go any where in London, or get a bus.
Location to the tube was excellent and English breakfast was very good. Staff were very cheerful and helpful at all times.
A bit stingy with the wifi. Wifi at premier hotels should be free for the stay. One half hour doesn't cut it. Also the room temperature was difficult to control and maintain.
