The staff, the cleanliness and the price.
The beds were too many for the size of room I stayed in, a quadruple room.
All of it
Very efficient hotel, nice comfortable room for reasonable price.
Location was excellent staff were helpful and friendly
For the location and value for money, this hotel beats the lot!
Nothing not to like.
Location is OK (but not excellent), close to Earls Court subway station. There is a cycle hire station just in front of the hotel, quite useful. Rooms are comfortable for the price (in London)
No laundry! No wake up calls? come on! Breakfast was not included.
The location and room sizes were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable.
The breakfast is a bit over priced.
Polite and helpful staff, room was clean every day.
30 minutes of free wifi is not enough.
They upheld there night guarantee sleep night and because of noise reimbursed full money honourable and efficient service
If you are a light sleeper you may struggle as it's near a underground so rail noises may be an issue
Staff was very helpful and kind, especially Jennis. Beds were comfy, air conditioning actually worked, and there wasn't any noise at night.
Tv was quite small.
The hotel is located 2 min walk from Earl's Court tube station. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.
We bought an antislippery mat for the shower, since the one provided was not working.
Very kind staff, happy to help, lovely polite and professional. Lovely breakfast.
All I asket to staff was ignorated They asked me to pay in advance even I could cancell any time They have the same meal every day;if you stay 1 or 2 days ,it could be acceptable ,but if you stay more days it is NOT OK
CLEANLINESS STAFF FRIENDLY LOVELY BREAKFAST WITH LOTS OF CHOICE 5 MINUTE WALK FROM TUBE STATION
ASKED FOR A EARLY CHECK IN BUT DIDN'T GET IT
The staff were very friendly.
The staff were poor at communication because of a lack of English language knowledge.
Clean. Good value considering we were in London where everything is expensive. Rooms were small but for what we were expecting, good.
been over the road from the main hotel did not feel part of the hotel
The staff were fantastic. I was recovering from surgery but they got me ice packs and helped in every possible way. Extremely friendly, helpful and kind to everyone. Very international guests and staff, nice buzz, busy but friendly, quiet for sleeping
Even though I couldn't go out much due to limitations, there was absolutely nothing to complain about at all. The staff were so wonderful that I was sad to leave. Its a wonderful area there and close to everything.
Very good value for money in very expensive London. Comfortable room though a little tight with 4 of us in the room. Excellent breakfast - cooked, cereals, fresh fruit, etc. Apart from 1 bloke with a silly sense of humour, all other staff were very helpful.
Location excellent, very close to Earl's Court Underground station, 2 min walk, quiet part of London. Room clean and staff very helpful. breakfast good and bed very comfortable.close to shops as well and easy access to Central London via buses and underground.

The comfortable beds and breakfast. Very conveniently located. Very close to the earls court underground.
The size of the room was very small.
