The Hotel was just perfect, especially I would like to draw attention to the fact that the children could have a breakfast for free there (around 8 pounds for an adult - not a price, considering a wide choice of hot stuff - variety of egg dishes, porridge, sausages, beans and button mushrooms). Wifi is good and almost for free - 10 pounds per a week ;) The location is one of the best considering direct Picadilly underground line to Heathrow and St Pancras Eurostar terminal. Add a Mark & Spenser Simply Food Shop, around 10 fast food restaurants next to the Tube that is 2 minutes walk away and you will get a perfect home to stay while visiting London. Definitely to recommend!

As visitors from Australia we found this an excellent introduction to the country. Location was perfect for access to London sights & transport, room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, breakfast selectIon was good, and the one evening meal we had in the hotel was excellent. We are always baffled by people who complain about inconsequential things of matters beyond the hotel's control. (Like one reviewer complaining that the hotel didn't have a charger for their phone..for Heaven's sake!) We have NO issues with this hotel; if you want five-star, be prepared to pay for it. This hotel is excellent value for the money.

Excellent location in a street directly opposite Earls Court Tube Station, and with easy access to Gloucester Road too. Excellent facilities and clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast was fabulous. My room was directly over the tube line which meant it was quite noisy. I quite like the sound of the trains, but I know some people would find it aggravating at night.

The location was excellent for the places we were visiting. Earls Court underground is only a few minutes walk. Could not fault anything but maybe the area where the food was served for breakfast could have been bigger.

Quick check-in, friendly helpful staff, spaceous rooms for London. Comfortable beds Room on other side of main building, can become annoying, if you stay for longer, busy breakfast room, but with good staff not really a problem

Excellent location, near tube, but on the silent street. Lots of cafe near, you can even take room without breakfast. For its money - everything is great. As usual - not enough sockets in the room. If you want to recharge 2 telephones, ipad, ipod, battery for camera... you will have to work hard.

Breakfast with fresh coffee, kind and helpfull staff, good location with easy acces to all places by Undergorund and bus Poor elevator service (you had to change elevators with major walks in between to reach the room). With heavy suitcases no fun at all. As eveywhere in London (still) very expensive for room/quality offered.

Second time we've stayed at this hotel and both experiences were a pleasure. Location is terrific, very close to the Piccadilly underground which is convenient for traveling to Heathrow and many attractions. Staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean, modern and quiet. Overall, a great place to stay.

it's easy to book, especially for a big group. The rate is a bit high but acceptable for London. The location is great for exploring the city. The room and the bathroom are big for London. Nothing of significance: a fridge, a towel warmer, free internet (it's free for the first 15 minutes each day) would be nice.

Recently refurbished rooms were better than expected, extremely clean, serviced well every day. Staff were exceptionsally friendly and helpful, I left my mobile behind in my room after checking out and when I phoned the member of staff who dealt with my call couldn't have been more helpful. My phone arrived home by special delivery 2 days later. The breakfats was super, a short wait for seating was find because the staff were very attendtive and the food was freshly cooked and hot.fabul The refurbishment meant not all lifts were in ready for use but we could manage stairs well enough. The layout is a little odd and we got lost a few times finding our way over the covered bridge, perhaps signage could be improved.

- clean comfortable room, bathroom is OK - reasonably central, a 2 minute walk from underground station Earl's Court - it's a bit of a labyrinth to get to the room when you're in the aisle across the street from the main building - the breakfast room is too small resulting in queues if you want to have breakfast after 8am

Great value for money. Great location. Fantastic staff who have been very well trained. Every possible eventuality has been planned for and well rehearsed. Children very welcome. Great value breakfast. Book your restaurant tables to be sure of a place. Restaurants outside the hotel are very busy and often very noisy. The upstairs restaurant in the Pembroke pub is less frenetic.
