Premier Inn London Kensington (Earl's Court)11 Knaresborough Place, Earls Court, SW5 0TJ London (Show map) Very good, Score from 606 reviews“The staff were fantastic. We arrived at the hotel around 10am after travelling from Australia for 27 hours and they immediately arranged a room for us, so that we could check in early. Breakfast downstairs was fabulous and large variety buffet. Rooms were perfect with all facilities meeting our needs. Right around the corner form Earls Court train station and a great variety of eateries. Thanks Premier Inn for a wonderful stay.”

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is excellent value and very convenient to the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow. The staff are always friendly and I like to pay up front so I can check-out early if necessary.I also like the fact that you pay per room (not person) with Premier Inns . You always know what you are paying for.

The location was excellent. It was less than 5 mins walk to the tube station and also close to a Sainsbury's Supermarket. The staff were also very attentive and helpful. They were a great help in assisting me to book for a rental car online. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I will not hesitate in staying here again if I were to return to London or to try out other Permier Inns in the UK. The room was a little tight for 4 people (2 adults & 2 children) and we were often getting in each others' way. We were also in the new wing which required us to take 2 lifts and cross a bridge but we sort of good used to this after a couple of days.

If I had paid for my room on the £29 deal, I wouldn't have complained. But at £118 per night, it was a total rip-off. The toilet broke twice; the first time they told me they couldn't fix it until the next day, and couldn't move me anywhere except Putney! They half fixed it in the end, but it broke again the next day. There is no room service; you have to go down to the restauarant to pick up the meal yourself. Check-in is done by awful unmanned kiosks. The whole atmosphere was of a hotel in disrepair. They couldn't order me a taxi on the last day; they said they were 'fully booked'. All round, a very poor effort.

The breakfast was very good and consistent. The personal from the restaurant was very kindly and professional The room was clean and the size was fairly good. Excellent bed. Close to the underground station (5 minutes) and good connection with central part of London We could hear the underground - early in the morning and late in the night The bathroom wasn't renovated for long time No free internet lounge

Location was great! So close to the tube and for walking too. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the morning!! Rooms were spacious enough and always clean. Staff were always there to answer questions and help wherever possible. Once they finish their renovations it will be better. We were across the road on our first stay and it was a bit of a hike getting to our room, expecially with bags. Also, 9 pounds for internet for 24 hours is a bit of a rip off in my opinion, expecially these days where you find great hotels that offer free wifi.

The staff was really good. Jennis took care of a problem that came up with your charges of having room and breakfast, when we thought we were getting their "Meal Deal". The restaurant staff was very helpful and really good also. The building is located over the tube system at Earl's Court. Had I known this I would not have booked this unit. We also had an fire alarm go off in the middle of the night. Then we had a person later run down the hall and burst through one of the inner doors. After that we had a party of people walk down the hallway talking as if they were still outside partying. I told the young man at the desk that morning that if I had longer that morning I would claim back my money under the "good night guarantee".

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, and very well communicated(two tube stations about 5-7 minutes walk,Gloucester Road and Ear´s Court, from where you can go to anywhere in London). All in all, very good value for money--for London standars--.Very comfortable beds. They have some really good offers at the restaurant, and the food is very good.I Will stay there again for sure. And in the surroundings you have lots of supermarkets,Starbucks,cafeterias,restaurants.....,very useful. Only complaint: you can´t move the shower head, and that is very uncomfortable. And perhaps you can hear some noise from the tube at nights--it depends on where is situated your room--but it is not really a big deal.I

Convenience for Chelsea Flower Show and museums, and the breakfast choices, which were very good. Oue room overlooked the railway lines from Earls Court station and was therefore quite noisy; we had to keep the window closed to minimise the noise through the night.

Stayed here with my two teenage sons. The location was excellent, a short walk to the tube. The included all you can eat breakfast was excellent and perfect way to start the day with teenage boys. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Internet access was available through an outside provider and apparently cheaper £3 a day if you bought it on line. Quiet location for sleeping. When we arrived at the hotel, due to the revised exchange rate the bill was £40 less than when we booked, the saving was passes on to us which was a nice surprise!!!!! The third bed on the floor was small for a teenager and uncomfortable, could feel the springs through it. The rooms were cool, and turning up the temperature didn't seem to warm them up. Having said that we didn't bring it to the staff's attention and they may have been able to resolve it if we did. It would have been nice to have Internet included.

Staff were lovely and really professional could not flaw them, rooms were nice and had everything you needed. When we first arrived and were givin our room the heating and TV did work so we went to rec Staff were very nice and professional could not flaw them in anyway, when we first arrived our room had no heat and TV did not work however we were moved without any hassle to a nicer room staff were so helpful.. On two nights we were woken by a fire alarm and 12.30am and 7.30am due to people smoking in there rooms, I got very annoyed over and so went down to make a complaint and demand my refund as the hotel offer a good night gurantee.. The member of staff said as part of the garuntee we were entitled to 1 nights refund which I received 2 days later in my account.. Overall we had a good stay other than the fire alarm Goin off but that was out of the control of the hotel.. I would use this hotel again if I was Goin to London again as it ideally situated from pubs, restaurants, shops, and tube station

Location is excellent, a few minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station, which is on the Piccadilly line providing direct access to Heathrow. Staff were very friendly and cooperative. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishing, lots of construction. The fire alarm went off several times causing unjustified panic. Rooms were very small, not suitable for 2 guests at the same time. Internet service provider charged my credit card but did not provide the purchased time. However, hotel staff compensated me with a voucher that worked well until the end of my stay.

The room is very clean and new. I believe it was recently upgraded. It is also spacious for a family of three with three large suitcases considering that most hotels in Central London are cramped. Most importantly, we do not have to walk in the frosty morning looking for food as hot breakfast is served. The hotel is also approximately 3 mins walk from the Earl's Court tube station and another 3 mins walk from the Sainsbury supermarket. We could hear footsteps above our head as the ceiling board is very thin. The hotel alarm went off twice during our stay and we were jolted rudely from our sleep. We thought our thermal was faulty as it is giving some burning smell and therefore it triggered the alarm. The hotel staff should at least explain the situation. The hotel breakfast served lacks variety and the bed sheets were not changed everyday.

The hotel is well-situated, close to Earl's Court tube station, and within walking distance of Hyde park and Royal Albert Hall. (30 minute walk) We will definitely stay here again if we're planning another trip to London! I asked for a quiet room, which we received. No traffic noise at night, in central London, I did not think that was possible! The room was adequate, clean and provided enough space for the two of us. Hardly any noise from other guests either, I'd say the rooms were perfectly sound-proofed. Some traffic noise during the day, but I wasn't quite expecting total silence in London. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the hotel looked well-kept. Renovation was underway to improve further. (which was audible at times, but well within reason) The hotel restaurant is also quite decent, service is quick and prices are reasonable. We ate there twice during our stay. The only minor gripe: I did miss a locker of sorts and a fridge in the room, but perhaps those are available in the hotel, we didn't ask.
