This was a really handy base for us, we will return again, comfortable bed and great breakfast.
Nothing to dislike.
the room was great.
Clean. Good breakfast especially the yogurt!
i could not sleep properly. I was put next to a busy neighbor who went in-out his/her/their room many times during the night. The room's door makes noise when it closes although you do not intend to bang it! I noticed that there were not many guests on the floor why did you put me next to others. I guess you may not know this problem so now I am tell you. One shower cap should be provided.
Clean and tidy Good breakfast

The staff were lovely friendly and helpfully our room was a good size and very clean and comfortable . Breakfast was really tasty and staff can't help you enough .
The a/c was a little noisy .
The staff were very helpful and welcoming
There were no razor points in the room we stayed in
This hotel is in an ideal location for business or pleasure as it is reasonably priced and close to some great London places
The staff (esp Rosie) were so friendly and helpful.
Nothing to dislike
Very accomodating and friendly staff, held our luggage after check out, decent location
Slightly far away from attractions
Location was brilliant - half a mile to the Tower of London and HMS Belfast it was why we picked it.
The view was horrible - out the back of the building we looked onto empty office blocks. However it was a very quiet room as a result which was great.
good location for Guys Hospital where we had an appointment, staff were friendly.
restaurant service very slow.Didn't get any sleep because it sounded like an extractor fan had been left on somewhere just a constant droning sound, people running along the corridor late at night
The staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly, food was lovely. Would recommend staying there.
Proximity to many places of attractions Cleanliness of room Comfort of beds Friendliness of staff Availability of Vegetarian food
Wasn't easy to reach reception via room desk phone The same breakfast daily
A fantastic location with landmarks virtually on your doorstep. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families. Great value menu too!

Cleanliness Layout of room Size of room Facilities in room Bathroom
Friendly staff and great location. Clean and comfortable.
The Shower was awful. It wasn't worth having one in the room and when we used it it was disappointing. The settings didn't make any difference and it wasn't great to find this out 5 minutes before about to go out :(. We were promised a refund which we were impressed with, however, we are yet to receive....
The room, the bed, the breakfast/ For the first night we had a meal out, but after that we had our meals in the hotel and found them great value and could not fault them.
Great location for exploring London. Within walking distance of Tower Bridge. Staff very friendly especially Dywain in the restaurant who was efficient and welcoming. Great stay. Definitely would use this hotel again.
