Comfortable and clean
Lovely hotel, clean, friendly and quiet considering the location. The area is excellent with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Butlers wharf and London More are a stone throw away and a must see yet not too busy.
The only downside is the hotel is about half a mile from the nearest tube and its a long walk after a busy day and too far to keep nipping back to.
The room was immaculate and a good size.
No hairdryer in the room or a telephone in the room to call reception.
Location Good breakfast
No housekeeping whatsoever. Beds were never properly set up or turned down. The duvet was just used to cover the bed as it is! Just SO DIRTY! Complained to the front office - looks like TEMP staff , who said they will look into it. BUT NOTHING changed!! What is the point in staying in a hotel where the bed is UNCLEAN!! For GBP 150.00 a night, in Asia you can easily get a four / five star hotel!! In the bathroom, there are absolutely no amenities!! Shocking! Premier Inn is just a hyped up MOTEL brand at a FOUR star pricing ! NEVER AGAIN to any Premier INN Motel!!
The staff were very good made as feel very welcome and as a surprise they gave us a bottle of cave for our anniversary
Excellent staff - welcoming, friendly and professional. As good as a top hotel. Spacious room, decent bathroom. We only had the continental breakfast but there was plenty, including cappuccino
The pillows. There was a choice of hard and soft pillows, but neither gave the right support. And the room was a bit warm
Friendliness and helpfulness of all staff in particular the reception staff were very informative, helpful and happy. Excellent quiet room. Breakfast was very good, a little wait one morning as it was busy but not a problem.
1. Comfortableness 2. Bathroom - Nicely Cleaned
1. Staff I found little slow, caused waiting still to collect the key after checking-in 2. Warm doesn't go up than 28 degree even if needed 3. Location - Not so good. 15 minutes walk from London Bridge tube station
They helped us with every request no matter how large or small! We will be back for sure!
It was a family room, except they didn't make it up for a family I had to ask them. At breakfast we kept having to get up to let other people out. The table arrangements was terrible.
Staff courtesy and efficiency, quite comfortable bed and quite room (3rd floor not closed to lifts/stairs). Good position if you land in City Airport and if you need to go in places closed to tower bridge.
Room standard amenities not provided (even plastic glasses and laundry bag)
perfect for work and for leisure. Nice reception staff, clean, comfortable, ok vfm for where.
Room to the rear was just a little noisier than I would have liked with extractor/AC fan
friendly staff, made to feel welcome, got the impression nothing would of been to much trouble
THe staff was quite helpful and accommodating.
Only 1 chair and space for 1 at the desk.
The breakfast was excellent!
Room pleasant, staff friendly, breakfast good.
We tried to eat in the restaurant on Saturday night, It was 1/4 full and we were told there was a 2 hour wait as they were fully booked. We walked past after about an hour and it was still only 1/4 full. We can only assume they were understaffed and couldn't be bothered to work a bit harder. It was especially annoying as it was pouring with rain. We like to eat in the hotel so will have to consider whether we book again.
The room was lovely and clean. Staff excellent. Hotel bistro really good value for money. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again
The beds were amazing. Breakfast was of excellent quality although gets very busy.
Street noise from early morning until late evening. This is the main approach road for Tower Bridge though. If possible get a non road facing room.
Rooms newly refurbished - large tv screen. Room overlooked back of hotel (towards Shard) so no road noise. Evening meal deal if breakfast booked was excellent value.
service in restaurant not good - disorganised with tables not allocated to particular staff.
size of the rooms and bathroom silence location
the options in breakfast
We was looking for somewhere cheap and cheerfull so was't expecting much but this hotel was amazing! The service did not match the price tag, arrived very wet and tied, the staff could't do enough for us, after drying off we had a wonderfull meal which was cooked to perfection twp courses for around £20 each which included breakfast a bargain. After a good night sleep we were treated to a full breakfast with plenty of choices for everyone rangeing from fresh fruit, pastries, bacon, eggs you name it they had it. We are planing another trip to london next year and will definatly be booking here again.
- Housekeeping NON-existent. - Beds NOT made up. The Duvet is just spread over the bed without even cleaning properly. - Was there for four nights. The bed sheet not even changed ONCE!! - The inside of the duvet was dirty and it seemed to be reused without any cleaning process! EEEKSSS!! - Complained to the Front Desk and they said they will look into it. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE! - Never again, Premier Inn! I was paying an Average rate of GBP 148.00 per night (US$236.00 approx.) with breakfast and this is certainly NOT a cheap price. In Asia, you can get a FIVE star resort for this price!! - Absolutely RIDICULOUS!
Own Car Park (in Central London!!) good sized room, comfy bed,, greate breakfast
Location! The hotel was very clean, too ...
No toileteries, no hairdryer, no telephone in the room ...
Location close to Tower of London and Tower Bridge, usual good breakfast, really nice staff at front desk, good advice on hours when to avoid the queues for breakfast, double glazing helps muffle noise of buses through the night
