Light came through top and sides of curtains and woke me up

The staff and cleaners were excellent and very helpful and very nice.

You say that we will have the best sleeps, We actually had the worst bed in the whole of our 6 weeks in the UK, Ireland and Scotland. The bed is sooo small for 2 people and the springs on my side kept on twanging. Also all other hotels included breakfast .

The hotel was extremely quiet, clean, comfortable beds, restaurant - particularly the breakfast choice - which was great. The close proximity to transport, I.e. underground and bus stop right outside. Excellent - would definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and very convenient for sightseeing. Five minutes from Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Excellent all you can eat breakfast.

No Safe in room.

We specifically wanted car parking and was assured it was close by and it cost £15. It actually cost us £37 because the hotel is outside the congestion charge zone but the car park is inside the charge zone and you have to pay the charge for the day you arrive and the day you leave! Plus the fine for the first days charge because we weren't told about this in advance and didn't pay before arrival. I think the hotel should publisice this and if they had we would have booked elsewhere because nearly £40 for parking is ridiculous!!!!

Excellent selection of breakfast food, comfortable room

Being woken up at 6.30 and 7.00am each morning by refuse collection and the noise of glass and rubbish being collected as it got put in the refuse/recycle lorries

The hotel itself was clean and tidy and in an ideal spot for seeing the sights of London. The restaurant and restaurant staff are lovely

When we arrived at the hotel we were told there was no reservation despite me having the booking.com confirmation on my phone. The lady at check in was rude and didn't explain anything. She took my phone and stood there on the computer for almost 10 minutes without saying a word. Eventually she checked us in but with no explanation, no apology and no smile! On departure we asked to leave our bags until later which was fine, when we went to collect them the same lady that checked us in who refused to give us one of our bags from the back office. After another ten minutes it turned out she was looking at someone else's luggage! As a manager in a large hotel group myself I found the service very disappointing

spacious, quiet, comfortable, felt well- looked after, important as I was travelling alone, relaxing. I liked the diningroom and that customers were seated by the staff, giving a possibility for some sorting. Excellent situation so near Tower Bridge and riverside walk.

I asked to see a room suitable for a handicapped person and was most surprised to see that there was no walk-in shower. How can people who are bound to a wheelchair take a shower? Otherwise the room seemed OK, plenty of room.

location was excellent, staff extremely friendly and obliging, breakfast was great, particularly as free for kids. Slept very well due to good sound insulation.

Perhaps could be improved by having some kids room/play room.

On est tres bien recu. Tout le monde est poli et agreable. La chambre est propre et confortable. Et l'hotel est bien situe (10 minutes a pied de la station London bridge), a cote de la Tamise et dans un quartier tres agreable.

Le prix de la restauration : il vaut mieux prendre son petit dejeuner et ses repas dans les pubs. C'est moins cher et on est tout de suite dans l'ambiance anglaise.

The staffs are friendly and good except the one in reception (only one). The breakfast is good but not as many variety as I expected. The location is close to tower bridge, we can just take the bus 42 & 78 to the tower bridge and the underground train there. The hotel should have posted some help on the bus number to go to nearest underground station. We have to walk for 15 mins at the first day before I found out the bus number myself.

The staffs are friendly except the reception named "Tanisha" or something like this, she dont even smile when check in for us.Room is just nice but the sound proof is not good, there is one days, someone in British ascent shouted and keep knocking on door in other room during 4am and we can hear everything he said, and this last for 30 mins which is really annoy us.

The location of the hotel was excellent, the staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. We arrived early to leave our bags but our room was already ready. The room was clean and so quiet at night.

There were problems with the heating which appeared to be more of an issue than just our room. This was a concern given the temperatures outside !! Staff did everything they could providing a convector heater and extra quilt but this did slightly take the pleasure off the evening as it isn't the same as having fully controllable heating in a room. The staff were at all times as helpful as they could be.

The staff were pleasant and helpful and it was good to have a restaurant on site. Room was comfortable and clean.

Room was on a main road, which was quite noisy despite the double glazing.

Quiteness, comfort.

Only two cups of tea and two cups of coffee. More tea and milk needs to be available.
