Absolutely marvelous cannot fault it, staff attentive and very friendly,we were greeted on our arrival, can honestly say we have never been as impressed with any where as much as this premier inn. We would recommend it to any one can't praise it highly enough. Staff should be very proud, nothing was too much trouble,price very reasonable would definately stay there again.Food delicious hotel clean and welcoming.Thank you.

Location was 10 mins to tube station, close pubs and eateries on Tooley st., partial view of london bridge from hotel room, decent size rooms, comfortable beds

Slight leak in our bathroom, made bathroom smell musty. Not a big deal though. Read about it in the reviews on trip advisor, so I dont think this is a new issue.

Really friendly staff. Our room was spacious and clean. The room was also quiet giving us a good nights sleep. Two tube stations near by and a nice peaceful neighborhood. Great value for money.

The window of our room was facing the car park of the hotel. The view could have been more inspiring.

Staff very helpfull stayed in higher star hotels in london not as good would stay again

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was perfect for an overnight stay, location was brilliant as just a five minute walk to the Thames Clipper to take us to the 02. Breakfast was great as usual in Premier Inns, this was a buffet style cooked breakfast and it was good to see a member of staff overseeing it so that it was always kept fresh. Costa coffee machine serving free coffee,that was very welcome. After breakfast a short five minute stroll to Tower Bridge to watch the London Marathon....... Brilliant what a weekend! 10 out of 10 Premier Inn, Tower Bridge. Thankyou.

Just a few hundred yards from Tower Bridge and good value for money, we were really pleased with the hotel, staff, and the restaurant. It was not noisy overnight. Great location for Tower Bridge, the South Bank, and Butler's Wharf.

Good reception, cleanliness, warm room

Room was quite adequate, but staff and extensive breakfast was remarkable. A great value.

No problems, though I would encourage cleaning staff not replace towels unless they are placed in proper place. This could save on hotel expenses and environmental degradation. There are signs in the bathroom, but process wasn't followed.

Room was big and very clean. Staff were friendly. There is car parking space and nearer to city centre.

Wonderful location and the hotel was quiet at night which made sleep easy
