This hotel is brand new. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. An excellent breakfast is served with options not often available in a budget hotel. Room was quiet. |

We got a fantastic deal, esp by UK standards. Room was spacious, fine for our needs. Reasonable priced, good breakfast. Suprisingly quiet (tho we were there in midweek). Overall great value. |

The price. We had problems checking in as there was no trace of our booking on the hotel's system. This took us 45 minutes to sort out and had to change our dinner reservation as a result of the delay. |

the staff were always polite and helpful. It is very close to the city centre but not that close you hear any noise. It was very secure as you needed your room to use lift and stairs. |

City Centre location and breakfast arrangements Yes, I was double charged for breakfast and the floor covering in the bathrooms had an unpleasant odor. No air conditioning in the room and we had a heat wave. |

Die Zimmer sind recht groß..im Verhältnis zu typisch englischen Zimmern. Parken war auch kein Problem. Das Personal im Restaurant (Frühstück u. Abendessen) war etwas träge. Die Qualität des Essens war nicht besonders gut. |
