Premier Inn Nottingham Central (Goldsmith St)Goldsmith St, NG1 5LT Nottingham (Show map) Very good, Score from 130 reviews“Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location, clean rooms. Option of 3 course meal plus breakfast for £22 was good value-thankfully we had booked room only so were able to take up the offer! Both the 3 course evening meal and the breakfast were very enjoyable.”

Parking was quite expensive, which is a shame as the room was quite highly priced compared to other Premier Inns I have been to

Our stay was super, the hotel is in a fantastic location, 5 minute walk from the town centre and 15 mins from the castle. The member of staff who checked us in was friendly and made us feel very welcome, and when we got to our room we were pleasently suprised, it was large and very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep, the rooms on the front have double-layered double glazing to keep traffic noise to a minimum.

I have stayed there on numerous occasions and the reception staff have been the same couple each time. They are friendly and chatty and nothing is too much trouble forr them. They are always consistently helpful. You always know you will get a warm welcome.

Very central and convenient. Friendly staff, shame about the clientele who barge into you and block doorways. I would suggest a better cleaning product than what was used in room 222's bathroom. Black mould around the bath is not healthy or welcoming.

I have never stayed at premier inn before but I will do again all the staff were so friendly and helpful even when we got lost and also when we borrowed Sellotape having forgotten it to wrap our Christmas presents. The breakfast was fab and my children were made to feel really welcome which is rare in a big hotel... We will definately stay again especially in this one...

Good location and the price is amazing. Room is clean, bathroom is great. Everything seems perfect. Only one thing: the room is a little cold and the heating system didnot work sometime. May feel cold in winter.

Breakfast was excelent, and the person in charge was really an exception : Kind, attentive and trying to please everyone. (To remind the name was Mrs Donna) I keep a strong feeling about the hotel because she made feel how human a person can be even when we are away from home. At the reception persons seem not to be well informed, and don't know how to dela with problems, it seems the hotel prefer having part time persons and not well paid.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathrooms are very spacious, hotel staff is really kind, facilities (internet, secure car parking) are very usefull and the location of the bar and the restaurant on the groundfloor of the hotel is a real advantage. This hotel suits to single traveller, business stay but also mature couple city trip.

I thought the hotel lived up to the tv adverts in every respect and would congratulate you on the quality of your staff - who we found to be extremely helpful in every area - unfortunately we only noted the name of Keilly in the bar but both reception and dining room staff were brilliant as well
