we thought the staff were very helpful and the hotel in general was very good,in a great location we would highly recommend this hotel.
Restaurant and Costa coffee/ easy access
No space in car park to park
Good location, the lady who checked us in was really nice and friendly.
Value for money wasn't great but this could be due to the time of year (coming up to Christmas) and it being a Saturday.
My companion had an excellent nights sleep in the very comfortable and warm large double bed. Room was clean and facilities were good. Breakfast was excellent.
Single bed was not comfortable at all, compared to the large double bed it felt like a camp bed. It was near the window and I spent a lot of the night cold due to the heater not working efficiently.
Very helpful reception staff
Very noisy room due to trams passing the bedroom window. Kept me awake.
we stayed in room 231 it was very clean and very quiet and a very nice temperature.Breakfast was excellent and the young lady serving was friendly and helpful as were the rest of the staff
we would have liked maybe a bit more choice on the evening menu overall a very pleasant stay
Lisa on reception was ever so helpful making our stay as smooth and pleasant as possible.
Hotel very quiet at night
There was no hairdryer and mirrors and lighting were not good for putting on makeup.
Staff were great and it was excellent value for money
We were a party of 8 adults (28 -83 years of age and a 3 year old.) The Premier Inn catered for us all in that it had quiet, comfy seating areas for the oldies but space for the youngster to enjoy. Adjacent parking was a bonus for the couples who arrived early. Costa coffee shop was a bonus on site.
The small car park meant some of our party had to park away from the hotel. The hotel was full the weekend we stayed, the restaurant was full at breakfast and we had to sit and eat in the bar.
Location, Great Night's Sleep, Costa on site, friendly welcome
Ideal location , for Xmas shopping and nightlife
Good, clean room.
Had a pint in the bar, went out for 2 hours, came back and our glasses were still on the table. The reception toilet when I got there was covered in urine. The shower pressure was terrible. Was not informed before booking that the hotel was directly opposite a student club, but the noise was quite low. Had to park away from the hotel, which was ok but as we got a room for disabled access you'd think there wouldn't be a 500 yard walk from the carpark to the hotel and maybe a reserved spot in the carpark.
Hotel was in a lovely, very easy to get to location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, bed was really comfy.
The fact its so close to rock city. The room was perfect the staff were polite and the key system is really simple.
Short walk to town
Didnt get any sleep got wake up by drunks being lound in hall ways and hanging about at the Front of the hotel 3 in the morning
Shame that booking.com booked us a disabled room with a small bed. I was looking forward to the premier inn fabulous king size beds
Parking not bookable, managed but managed to find a car park but it would be good to be told that the road outside was not accessible by car as we got there in the dark & had to do a u turn in road.
The hotel could be in the middle of a sawmill and your peace and quiet will still be guaranteed. They are supremely good at hospitality.
Struggling to think of something significant....
Location and bed
Lack of staff in Costa in morning. Only one barista and ten people queuing.
location comfort friendly clean
Security of premises
Noise gone the street
Most of the stuff friendly staff amazing room cheap for the amount you get and very nice food all in all well worth the money and will definitely recommend it and will be going again next month we enjoyed it that much
You couldn't turn the thermostat down just up.so room got very hot at and uncomfortable but If you go down to reception they will try there hardest to make it comfortable again
a bit expensive
