The beds are comfy and the bathroom is a decent size There was not one single drawer in the room, not even in the bedside table. The television was out of the ark and not good quality. The kettle leaked but as the base was glued down to the unit, we couldn't move it to wipe up. (Judging by the state of the unit, we weren't the first to have this problem!). But worst of all was the service and quality in the restaurant. We came down to breakfast an hour before they stopped serving but there were no glasses for juice, only four yoghurts (2 of apricot and two natural), The cereal was from a dispenser and tasted awful so I changed it for a packet of muesli. The teaspoons ran out and last, but not least, the toaster took for ever to do its thing and when it did pop out it was still white, despite the settings being quite high.

Typical Premier Inn hotel, well maintained & a reasonable room rate. Premier Inn's do not offer anything spectacular or out of the ordinary, they just offer what a good business hotel should - a good bed, a shower and a tv. Wifi should be free in the rooms.

A very enjoyable stay - staff were very friendly and welcoming. The size of the beds are incredible - very very comfortable..!! The only thing I dislike about Premier inns is the fact that they keep advertising £29 rooms - I've now stayed several times and have never, ever found one of these bargains..!!

The attitude of the staff - I don't know what "happy pills" you feed them ,but they made everyone feel welcome ,and nothing seemed to be too much trouble . I appreciate I may have caught them on a good day ,but if they are half as good as this most of the time ,they would still be brilliant !
