Score from 241 reviews Wonderful
Relaxed feel of the hotel food was very good and staff friendly
There was nothing I didn't like other then perhaps a walk in shower rather then a shower over a bath
Television in room was unwatchable on most channels ! Reported this to reception was told that it was probably due to the weather ,This was not the case because the TVs reception at my parents house about 1 mile away was perfect
More pillows and towels
Reasonably priced , comfortable hotel ..,perfect for an over night stay. I had three older children with me and the restaurant offered a good choice of food. The staff were all very pleasant and were very welcoming .
There wasn't anything I didnt like .. The breakfast was a bit bog standard ... But was included in the price of my stay.
Clean and comfortable
friendly helpful staff, good value breakfast
bed too hard and hotel overall a bit in need of TLC
Shower and kettle power! Attentive breakfast staff. Breakfast. Comfy beds
A lot of movement noise from the above floor. Our room wasn't a family room when we arrived. We had to wait while two beds were made up in the room even though it was 3 pm The hotel is stuck out in the middle of nowhere so taxis have to be booked to get anywhere.
Distance. From the port longer than stated
The staff were great. The food was fairly good. The hotel was easy to find.
The location was poor which wasn't apparent when I booked . You don't have tissues in the rooms anymore. The kettle shuts off before it boils. There was quite a lot of noise from the rooms above ours.
It is what it says on the tin. Clean and comfortable.
Had a problem finding hotel, should get a sat nav.
Bright, clean presentation
Trying to find it in the dark, without satnav
Food deal was excellent. Courteous staff throughout the stay.
Tables a little close together in the restaurant
Typical Premier Inn. Easy to find, on ring road, large car park. Stopover before catching ferry. A very pleasant and helpful receptionist, without any prompting, advised us that one of the bridges was closed and suggested an alternative route to ferry.
Isolated from town sited in an industrial estate/technology park.
Food very good standard although slightly over cooked. Staff at both dinner and breakfast were excellent.
Room requires maintenance, sliding bathroom door not on rails and difficult to move.
The single bed, room made up as a twin, it was actually a family room for 4, but the single beds were a poor quality, staff say that there are "toppers" ordered for the mattresses which should help
The surroundings, friendly and helpful staff. great breakfast. good evening meal. quite room.
lack of play space for young children. too much BBQ sauce on chicken and bacon BBQ salaried. lack of veggie options limited chose for children with food allergies i.e. milk eggs etc.
The staff, particularly the reception staff on duty when I arrived went out of their way to help me. All the staff who I met throughout the Hotel helped me, nothing was too much trouble. These peoples help was outstanding and needs to be documented.
Premier claimed that their disabled rooms are suitable for disabled guests. They make a point of the bed being lower. Most disabled people like their chairs, beds etc to be HIGHER! Not good! The shower being in the bath-how does a disabled person get into a bath in the first place! Unfortunately for a disabled room the furniture and fittings were not sutabled-some serious failings,
Rooms were big and spacious as were the beds
It was not clear how the over bath shower worked
Very courteous staff
Parking looked a bit dodgy
The location was pretty industrial etc, but suited our purposes.
Room was comfortable. Nice dinner but a bit pricey.
Hotel too far from town centre. Breakfast a letdown first morning as it was barely warm & overcooked. Lunch not available. TV not to our liking as it was small.
It gave us what we required after a long and slow journey with very helpful staff.
Staff friendliness and welcome, comfort of room and excellent breakfast.
enjoyed the stay if only for one night. Breakfast and evening meal we could not fault..
sorry can,t think of anything.
