Bed was good quality - has a good night's sleep. WiFi rate was reasonable although we only used the free half hour. Would have liked to have known about the meal deal £22.99 for an evening meal plus breakfast before we booked as we would have used this option. As we didn't know, we had already eaten.

comfortable and clean room. Staff helpful and welcoming. Had evening meal with vegetables which were great, but vegetarian puff pastry with mushroom and goats cheese did not taste of the above and did not seem to have much of the above food inside the pastry. This was disappointing.

Friendly and very Helpful Staff, Quiet Room, Great Breakfast, Large Room, and the Huge Bed. The provision of a poor soap dispenser instead of soap, and location of the toilet roll holder which was suitable only for the severely vertically challenged. Could also do with a fridge in the room.

We both stayed at the Premier Inn Stevenage for 10 days in room 314. The staff were amazing remembering our names. The staff that stood out with exceptional service ,smiles &laughter were Carol -wow what a asset to your company, she brings sunshine to breakfast, Carol was always so chirpy in the mornings with her wonderful bubbly smile & *you right* greeting that we loved so much. Hearing her humming as she worked around the tables making sure everything & everyone was hunky dory. Rohan -he has a cheek wonderful sense of humor that sends you off with a smile. Jack - the barman.... such a gentle . friendly sweet personality he was such a delightful man. These three people in particular made our stay at the PREMIER INN STEVENAGE very relaxed & memorable ..... Thank you Carol Thank you Rohan Thank you Jack for being such wonderful Exceptional people. it shows you truly enjoy your jobs. as much as we enjoyed your company & service. keep up the excellent standards. When we return to Stevenage to visit our family again we will have no hesitations staying at Premier Inn Stevenage as it was such a delightful stay. Mainly due to the three people in Question, Kind Regards Michael & Lee Kaploon That we needed to return home. There was nothing NOT to like.

Staff very helpful, on the whole it was clean tidy and convenient Room 223, basin in bathroom cracked, and repaired with some mastic. Should have been replaced. The bed was too hard for our liking, didnt sleep very well at all.

Very comfortable bed. Breakfast good and very substantial. Very friendly & pleasant staff. Close to A1 so quite noisy. Bathroom requires upgrading - extractor fan only worked intermittently so room had a bit of a smell of dampness. Air con in room quite loud. Lightbulb blown in room & bathroom so maintenance not very thorough.

I stay at Stevenage when ever i go to visit my daughter. I enjoy my stay there every time and the staff know me by name. ALL the staff are very good at making you welcme but the most out standing person is Jack in the bar area. He has time for every one who he comes in contact with.

Everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and my kids and I had a wonderful time at the Premier Inn. The bed sheets and duvets though very clean didn't smell freshly laundered. I will recommend putting freshly laundered sheets and towels in the rooms on the day your guests are arriving.

The rooms are comfortable and nicely presented. As are the bar and restaurant. The staff are welcoming and helpful. A good value for money hotel. On my last visit, i needed a family room and my son had to sleep on a pull out bed it was dreadfully uncomfortable and he couldn't sleep. Maybe a family room should be a double and 2 single beds, or even 3 single beds ??

There was no heating, the room was freezing. We were put right next to the entrance door and it was banging all night, I could hear noise from the above room all night and when I told the girl in reception she didn't really care!

The cleanliness; It was directly opposite the council, whiere I was going to be working the next day; cheery service from one of the waitresses at breakfast; easy parking I was looking forward to a pleasant drink in the bar after a 13 hour day, but paid £4 for a G&T to sit at an uncomfortable table with music blaring; breakfast was poor - scrambled eggs were like rubber; no soap, shampoo etc in rooms; heating on too high so had to open window - you could save the money and spend it on improving the service by lowering the room temperature; all extras are exorbitantly priced - suggest you take a look around. Premier Inn is not selling itself on lower price these days
