Staff at reception , Ruchitha plus F & B Staff, Laura were really helpful when I was really anxious about the food and water situation after 12 o’clock midnight, as I say food and water are a necessity not a luxury, small things that are easily rectified, Thank Adam M Hartfree, Director LTD Live the dream Ltd

The size of the rooms are too small.
The size of the rooms are too small. I requested for two single bed rooms of which only one room was made available. The corridor is dirty and smelling. There was complementary bottle water which was being said that we had to purchase. Never again would I book Ibis as it does not suit for purposes and far beyond expectations.

Driving from Scotland to visit my sister in hospital so no other comments had a take-away from the Golden Siam restaurant very expensive and not true Thai cooking having lived in Thailand for 12 years I am more than qualified to judge. If we have to visit again I hope that it will not be at the hospital.

We were in Stevenage specifically to visit with our daughter, husband and new grand-daughter. We loved that we could easily get around town with Uber. There was a small market area within walking distance of where we stayed with a little pub for breakfast and a Tesco Express. I have been to Knebworth House which you really should not miss. It is a lovely, stately old historical home in the area and was very nice to visit particularly if you are a history buff.

I used to live in Stevenage.
There are many hotels to stay.
Knebworth house is nearby an interesting place to visit.
There is good bus service.
Many eating places.
Used the roebuck for a base for our weekend at Wembley, a far cheaper option than london with superb train links, 5 min taxi to the train station. A very good hotel for the price superb staff a lovely bar and also an indian restaurant, ample parking and in a quiet location . We will definitely
Stay here again . Reccomended
Me and my friends had a great stay in Stevenage! After a long day of wandering around, having a comfortable and resting sleep was exactly what we needed. The flat exceeded our expectations. Everything was very nice and clean. If we come back in the area the place will definitely be on our stay list. Highly recommended!
I really enjoyed the bed. Probably too much as I had two lie ins!
The owner with the purple hair was really friendly and made me feel welcome.
Definitely the best hotel I have been to in Stevenage and will now be my go to place whenever I need to come back to Stevenage.
Having stayed in Stevenage several times before our usual hotel was fully booked for the evening so we thought we would try the Abbington Hotel. A nice clean hotel, with free onsite parking and a quiet location although a very small room and an even tinier bathroom.
Excellent stay as always. Norma is a very accomodating host and her place is the best place to stay in Stevenage by a country mile. Great self contained sink, fridge, microwave and kettle to ensure you don't spend money eating out.
Our room was above the entrance, at about 11pm noise from cars, bikes and people leaving the hotel from a function was very loud and kept us awake until about 3am. The breakfast was not as it was last year - very disappointing
Good location for work in Stevenage. It is in walking distant of the train station and has amenities also a short walk away. The hotel & rooms are clean and comfortably. The staff are very pleasant and efficient.
Good hotel in the center of Stevenage, lots of shops and restaurants around, close to the train and bus station, helpful staff, tasty breakfast.
If I am in Stevenage again I will definitely use this hotel
It was a very nice place in a quite good location. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay there. Everything was quite close by. If i ever came back to stevenage, I would definitely try to stay there again.
Location great for the Old Town where there are great pubs and restaurants to cover all your needs. Tried this instead of usuing a hotel which as worked well and would use this again
Hotel was selected for location and price as I needed a night stop over for work. Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Bar was cosy and had a nice selection of beers.
Good location in picturesque Old. Stevenage.
Comfortable large clean room in quiet part of the hotel.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Great breakfast and good check out time.
Perfect for what I needed, a hotel close to the train station. Super comfy bed and right next to a huge Tesco grocery shop as well. Very friendly staff! Clean and quiet.
Breakfast included which was a nice surprise. Location great - near Lamex stadium, the train station and the town centre. Budget hotel - can't complain
Well appointed with everything we needed.
Sofa was too low for us oldies, lots of trouble getting up off it. Close to the town centre and the old town.
