Presidential Kensington

The room was very clean, the fitout and fixtures were first class, very modern with no unpleasant smells as you sometimes get in hotels. The room has excellent facilities (dishwasher, proper fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, flat screen TV, dvd player, bath tub and heated floor in the bathroom) which is great when you have a family. Its great to have all the conveniences of home, whether you are there with children, as a couple or on your own. It is situated in a great part of london. The train station is nearby and links to all the major tourist destinations. I would defintely recommend Presidential Kensington and would stay again.

The room was relatively small however this was only the case as I had two children and 2 strollers and a bassinet so we take up a lot of space. Otherwise, there was a two seater couch in front of the TV however if you have 4 ppl in the room, two will have to sit or lie on the bed. This was not a problem for us but may be for others.

The location of the hotel was convenient to the Earl's Court tube station and in walking distance to many London sights. The room was kept nicely cleaned and the kitchenette had almost every appliance we needed (no filter coffee machine for the first day).

We booked a Deluxe Studio but instead were shown to an Executive Studio. All receptionists (but one night clerk) assured us it was a Deluxe but upon checkout our bill said Executive. The apartment was very small, no bedside table on one side of the bed and the ceiling was very close as we were on the fourth floor.

two single beds not very good quality...why dont you offer the option of having memory foam on it if a couple is staying?....cant understand this about hotels....spend all this money on lighting and design etc then provide substandard bed ...?????????..compared to say the hackney town hall hotel I thought was pricey....

Badthroom was very small. Internet code for Wifi did not always work. Ping on the mobile phone did not work with this wifi

Great location, Comfy fully equipped rooms, and affordable what more do you want.

comfortable roomy aparment with all facilites , room cleaned every day, staff helpful and prompt

sofa bed old broken and had stains, room in basement next to street which was noisy, no porter on arrival so had to carry luggage down the stairs myself

staff was inefficient and unfriendly, operated more like a hostel, basement rooms are reserved for last minute specials and can be claustrophobic request to move was not acted on.

Great location, very quiet but near the center of London and with good access to transports. The staff is very friendly and the room has good conditions.

Lovely spacious, clean, well equipped comfortable, attractive room. Good location close to tube and shops and restaurants but in a quiet location.

Some toiletries in the bathroom would have been welcome and an iron in the room would have been useful and expected from a hotel/apartment of this price and apparent standard. Check in was very slow and the VAT invoice I requested was not in fact complete.
