I was attending an event at Earl's Court and this was a fabulous place to stay overnight. Couldn't have asked for anything better or anything more.

It was very nice hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. The was problem with safe box in room. But it didn't upset me.

Location, Furnitures

Noise during the night in the corridor. Only one shampoo has been changed the second day. This is not accettable for a rate as expansive as a 4star.

The hotel was very clean and apartments very cosy, the bed was very comfy and the staff most helpful. We requested an iron and an extension lead which was brought to us almost immediately. Would recommened.

Would have liked to stay longer

The appartments themselves were very good indeed. Everything you would want from a 'home away from home' - I booked this appartment for Valentines day and it truely delivered! I was able to cook everything in the room and celebrate in luxury! Definately an appartment i wish to aspire to live in when moving to London.

Even though the windows were frosted we were on a basement level and therefore the view wasnt amazing - however this is me being extremely picky!

self contained facilities and good space

could do with lift access or better arrangements for bag transfers to sub-basement rooms

Friendly welcoming staff, great location and modern, clean room which was incredibly quiet. Fully supplied with everything required for a self catering trip.

Bathroom looked good but was somewhat impractical with a very small, though attractive looking, hand basin.

A large room for the price. Easy walk to the Natural History and Science Museums and to the V and A. Located close to the amenities of Earls Court Road, yet in a quiet square.

The bathroom was rather cramped

Greeted by attentive and smiling staff, an effortless check-in, comfortable and quiet night's sleep in a sizeable (for london) room with all imaginable mod-cons. A very happy experience and would be happy to recommend.

Location to various attractions.

No information regarding utilities, also no instructions regarding fire exits which I would have thought was a must.

Handy to Earls Court Tube and local shops. New tasteful rennovation. Quiet room. Cosy but not too small.

Very pleasant receptionist - I arrived very late, but it was no problem for him to chat, show me to my room and in spite of him doing a 14hr shift he was equally pleasant at checking out the next morning. The room was excellent, encorporating a small kitchen/fridge and freezer, dishwasher etc. The bed was large and comfortable and I seriously would book this place for a weekend stay in London for myself and my partner. Very impressed. Marks&Spencer near by for essentials of food/breakfast or evening meal and just around the corner from the tube station.

As the studios are self catering come prepared with some tea/coffee or there's a Marks and Spencer food shop at the end of the road - plus coffee shops etc - so you could nip out and get bits and pieces for the morning. I was just staying overnight, arrived late and realised that unlike hotels there wasn't a tea/coffe tray for the morning, however, if you've got time then there's no problem.
