Comfortable room and living area, very near to Earl's Court station, very near to groceries and eatery, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable price for an accommodation in Central London
Wifi sometimes get disconnected to the internet, same set of breakfast everyday
Friendly and efficient staff, great location, value for money. Highly recommended
Location Able to cook own food Able to wash and dry clothes Staff friendly and helpful
Bed uncomfortable Linen and cleaning equipment in hallways sometimes obstructing passages
Very clean, home from home lovely staff and great breakfast
Slept in the front room and was very noisy didn't sleep at all but in the main bedroom is was nice a quite
Very comfy bed, breakfasts were excellent and timely. Helpful staff. Plenty of small supermarkets nearby for ease of catering.
Broken dishwasher, badly planned bathroom so that there was no storage space, bathroom not cleaned before arrival so floor covered in hair and splashes. Communal carpets need cleaning.
We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and very clean.
The size of the bathroom was tiny compared to the huge bedroom. We had breakfast included in our package but it was never enough for our family of four. There r several options just outside the hotel to have breakfast so i wouldnt recommend paying for breakfast at the hotel.
1. The location is about a 5minute walk from Earls Court tube station which has easy access to and from Heathrow. It is also in a very good neighborhood, lots of good restaurants, pubs, and a vibrant area. London attraactions are easily accessed either walking or on the tube. 2. The staff is very helpful and respond quickly to any issues or requests. 3. We had a junior suite. It was not huge but just fine for 3 of us which included our 17 year old son on the sofa bed. 3. The beds, including the sofa bed, were quite good. 4. The housekeeping staff visited every day and did a very good job. 5. Everything worked well (micro wave oven, fridge, laundry, etc. although the close dryer takes a long time. 6. We had an inside unit which was very quiet. the view wasn't much out the window, but it didn't matter as the quiet more than makes up for that. I think a street front unit might be noisy as its a busy enough street.
1. The kitchen was pretty well equipped although a coffee maker would have been good. Instead, instant coffee is provided as is a kettle.
location and the staff
the apartments lay out very small for family not comfortable beds and sofa the furniture need to be changed
The position is perfect very close to the tube station on Piccadilly line (direct from Heathrow), there is a M&S and a Santsbury's very close. There a lot of restaurants and nice pub around (but not to close, no rumors at all)
We had apartment a16 that is placed in the basement. We only had problem the first night with people in the ovation just close to our window speaking and drinking.
I stayed with my spouse and daughter for 8 nights in this apartment (Queen Suit). When we checked-in during night time, the reception staff was very supportive and made our check-in process very fast. In fact, he himself brought our luggage to our room. At the first instance, we liked the apartment and its structure. But when entered in to our suit, we felt that the space is not enough and it might restrict our free movements inside our suit. Then, our view has been changed once we organized our luggage and we felt that the room space is sufficient for 3 adults. The apartment location is very good and close to Earl Court station. Lot of restaurant is very close to Earl Court station. The apartment is serviced on daily basis and it was very clean. The reception staffs were helping us to the maximum level in organizing our travel. Another major advantage is serving of breakfast on right time and the quantity was large for 3 adults. Overall, I would say that this is an excellent accommodation for very reasonable price.
The people that work at the hotel...worst ever seen!
Sound proof I can hear the cars But other than that the hotel was good
Tube station nearby made it easy to escape our apartment. The oversized fridge seemed a waste since we never wanted to spend time in the apartment. AC worked great. We needed it sice we were below grond level.
Even though they had renovated the improvements were cheap. I would have traded the heated floors and towel bar in the bathroom for descent internet connection. The apartments HAD a lift but not in the area we stayed...somewhere underground. It had a light-well so the sunlight shown down to our level. I really think it was our fire escape. Neighbors, one above and one next door, were VERY noisy. I don't know if it was the lack of noiseproofing or inconsiderate people. I found it very difficult to communicate with the staff.
An excellent choice for short stays. Rooms are typically small and the breakfast options not particularly value for money but the overall package is definitely worth it. Great location (3min from the tube) can't be beat. The staff at the reception are a delight. Will definitely consider staying again and indeed recommend.
Breakfast options could be better but hey this is a hotel apartment. Complaint just for the sake of making one I guess :)
Location, size of apartment
For the many typically small flats converted to hotels in London, this 'family' unit was well-equipped and well-located to the tube at Earl's Court allowing us to get just about anywhere quickly and to walk to the Natural History Museum and other sites.
I have yet to find a sofa-bed! Our queen bed was awesome but our kids had sofa beds which were less so. The sheets didn't fit them properly and, although the sheets were clean, they kept coming off as they slept often leaving them lying on top of the foam mattress. Call me picky.
Front desk not overly friendly
The so-called "garden" was not as promised. Just a couple of pots or three.
Receptionists, employees, perfect exact time schedule. The location is quite close to the market.
Breakfast size needs to be increased in amount and variety. Optional lunch or dinner may be required.
The room was very clean and tidy. It was very cosy and almost home like. I loved the fact that I had a little balcony where I was able to go.
The only thing that I didn't like is the fact that I felt like I was in the basement hence there was no natural light and I needed the lights on at all times even during the day time also I struggled to get any reception on my phone whilst I was in the room I had to go outside if I needed to call, txt or receive an email.
Upgraded to a Queen apartment from a deluxe double. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast brought up to apartment. Quick response when requests were made via the phone. Excellent location.
Very small bathroom sink. Not enough plug sockets in convenient areas, though we asked for an extension lead and it was provided promptly.
Beds in living area did not make very comfortable seats, tended to slide out if you relaxed at all
The location of the apartments, just around the corner from Earls Court tube station. Large comfortable apartment with balcony and everything you need there for you. Staff very friendly and helpful and it was very clean and well kept. Would highly recommend.
