A large room for the price. Easy walk to the Natural History and Science Museums and to the V and A. Located close to the amenities of Earls Court Road, yet in a quiet square. The bathroom was rather cramped |

Greeted by attentive and smiling staff, an effortless check-in, comfortable and quiet night's sleep in a sizeable (for london) room with all imaginable mod-cons. A very happy experience and would be happy to recommend. |

Location to various attractions. No information regarding utilities, also no instructions regarding fire exits which I would have thought was a must. |

Good location, easy to find, quality furnishings. Studio apartment was as expected: compact, but no complaints I could ony find one mains socket which was hidden behind the bedside table. I really needed one next to the desk for my laptop. Made working a little awkward. |

Very pleasant receptionist - I arrived very late, but it was no problem for him to chat, show me to my room and in spite of him doing a 14hr shift he was equally pleasant at checking out the next morning. The room was excellent, encorporating a small kitchen/fridge and freezer, dishwasher etc. The bed was large and comfortable and I seriously would book this place for a weekend stay in London for myself and my partner. Very impressed. Marks&Spencer near by for essentials of food/breakfast or evening meal and just around the corner from the tube station. As the studios are self catering come prepared with some tea/coffee or there's a Marks and Spencer food shop at the end of the road - plus coffee shops etc - so you could nip out and get bits and pieces for the morning. I was just staying overnight, arrived late and realised that unlike hotels there wasn't a tea/coffe tray for the morning, however, if you've got time then there's no problem. |

Clean spacious room, good decor. Superb tv and kitchen. Servicing of the room was very late in the day, and of variable quality. We struggled to get clean towels and was lied to about the service. Heating was set very high and the bathroom seemed to get hotter through the night, it took us a day to get control of the temperatures and the operation of it. |

Staff were helpful. The room was compact and modern with all necessary applicances. Close to tube station and shopping. Rooms need to be checked regularly to ensure all fittings /appliances are working. Two of the hot plates did not work and two light fittings did not work. These were not fixed during our time there. |

Great location, friendly staff, clean, modern and comfortable room. You could hear some noise from the surrounding rooms (closing doors, etc.), but that depends on your neighbour, of course. |

We stayed twice, either side of a trip abroad. The hotel was slick, modern and very well located. Staff were amenable and polite. Over all very impressed with value for money - particularly with a young child. Allowed early check-in for no additional fee. Clever design with dishwasher and washer drier etc. Would recommend, but be careful about the room. The first room (a "standard one bedroom") (room 208) was very well appointed. Everything we needed for a 2 month old baby - except that the room was in the adjoining (but connected) building, which meant that it was not directly accessible by lift (i.e., we took the lift then descended or ascended another flight of stairs), which was not very convenient given the amount of luggage and other luggables that we had. The porter was not very helpful. The room however was very spacious and felt like a small one-bed that we used to live in in London. The second room (rm 305), supposedly also a standard one bedroom apartment was smaller, had no bath, an almost unfunctionable bathroom and no b/r door (a studio?). Apparently both rooms were upgraded. |

Nice decor, good location - right by the Earls Court Tube. Clean and well serviced. Bathroom was a bit small, and things were hidden away (difficult to find the heating controls, power outlets, etc). They allowed me to check in early after coming off an overnight flight, then told me a day later they would have to charge me for the half day. After asking to speak to a Manager (who wasn't there at the time), they didn't bring it up again... |

Great location on quiet street close to tube stop. Newly remodeled hotel, which was clean. Very good value for the money. Our room was next to a patio that the staff used to smoke. Thus, the smell of cigarette smoke was present at some times. Not a major issue, but a bit annoying. |
