Great location, helpful staff.
They were doing work to the room above which was quite noisy.
Lovely spacious rooms....simple design but classy. Will come back
Night reception guy was awful.
Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. Continental breakfast on the room itself was brilliant and a lovely touch.
Small kitchen has as much in it as a large kitchen in any family home - it even had a washing machine!
The location is excellent, right near Earl's Court Tube station, great pub on the corner, close to a large Sainsbury's, an M&S Local at the end of the street on Earl's Court Road, studios OK size-wise. All-in-all, a great location and place to stay. The breakfast was ample, if you don't need a lot of protein to start your day.
The washing machine in the first studio we stayed in was broken, so we got moved to another, much more spacious studio. There were a lot of inconsistencies in terms of the kitchen utensils available in each studio; the studios, BTW, are all in the basement, so be prepared to walk down stairs and into a rather maze-like hallways. Because we moved from one studio to another, one morning we did not get breakfast at all and then the next day we got twice the normal breakfast.
Fantastic location 5 mins from the tube Travelling a lot and in and out of hotels it was nice to buy something to cook myself. Loved having a balcony to get out on even if it was freezing outside but fresh air nice Also able to wash some clothes Walk and to a museum for a quick look around Sort out next trip and speak to colleagues on Skype etc Fantastic space
Not having long enough to lie in the ohhh so comfortable beds for another hour or two
First apartment stay in London not the last. Good sized room, clean and tidy daily maid service. Room was well equiped and comfortable. Good free WiFi Connection. Staff were excellent friendly and sorted out any problems quickly.
The continental breakfast was basic, but ample there to start the day and if you wanted a full English you could just walk to the pub on the corner in under 2 minutes
Location is perfect , the hotel is few minutes walk to Earls court metro station which is central for three metro lines.
The staff is not friendly and we have a lot of noise from the street outside plus room cleaning was terrible.we miss one toy is the room and the staff was not helpful as I kept phoning for 12 hour asking the staff to look for it but with no cooperation.
Good location, 3 min walk to tube, Very comfortable bed. Bathroom clean. Good facilities in room (hob, fridge, washing machine, kettle. hair dryer)
Continental breakfast delivered to room wasn't great. Couldn't find cutlery.
Location - close to restaurants, shops and transport links Comfort - great for family with separate rooms Kitchen - excellent to have this facility Staff - friendly and helpful
Heating - tricky to control; too hot in bathroom at times Bathroom - on small side with 4 staying
Friendliness of Staff Excellent location surrounded by all the needed facilities
Lovely appartment, clean/tidy. Good location, not far from the tube station. Staff were friendly and helpful
Wifi didn't work, but we disnt really spend much time in the appt so it wasnt a big issue.
Very few sockets for 4 persons, bathroom with no part to put things, small space for 4 people, unacceptable mattress beds
Good clean rooms with all the standard room facility. The location near a underground station from where we can get to most of London' attractions easily. And there were a lot of restaurants and a few supermarkets nearby.
There was no restaurants in the hotel and the breakfast provided was brought to the room. And the breakfast was nearly always the same.
Booked this accommodation via a Genius deal, and we would definitely stay there again. The location is very good, about 200m from tube, in a quiet street, but with shops - bars - restaurant in 200m distance. Very clean, kitchen very well-equipped. Friendly and helpful staff!
The one that had to sleep on the sofa bed didn't sleep fantastic.
Location is brilliant, our apartment was quiet and peaceful and we never ran out of hot water (family of four).
I wonder whether this hotel is really aimed at couples rather than families - the kitchen facilities were present but the accoutrements were so basic you could not 'cook', there was not a single pot or frypan present, so the best you could hope for was to microwave something or reheat a pre-prepared quiche. Disappointing. Also, the pull out sofa beds were horrendous and I think this is generally understood by the hotel as in the hallways each morning as rooms were vacated were portable mini-mattresses that we all laid over the lumpy, wood-hard, sagging sofa beds to try and protect our children's spines from severe injury. A big fat fail on this one. Such a shame, as everything else was really great, including the friendly and helpful staff.
Wonderful, central location just minutes from the Underground. Very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. Breakfast was excellent and delivered promptly every morning. Clean, quiet, well-equipped. Very happy with our stay and hope to return some day!
The breakfast was disappointing
Beds far too hard No plug for sink in kitchen area even after we asked for one No mattress topper for main bed Sofa beds not suitable for an adult grown up children Breakfast late both mornings
The kitchenette is sufficient for preparing quick and simple dinner. It is close to the earls court station - convenient to travel to all parts of London. The daily breakfast was fairly decent and sufficient but should have more variety especially for guests who stayed for more than a week.
The dryer function of the washing machine was a complete failure. Staff was not able to help much. Had chosen an apartment over hotels for the ability to do laundry so this was a major letdown.
An excellent location with pleasant staff and good facilities.
Price increase due to New Years Eve, but a comfortable stay.
Good location. Kitchen facilities were good. Bed was very comfortable.
We were 3 people so room was quite small when sofa bed was in use. Needed maintenance - shower nozzle was broken.
The room was smaller than expected, and was located 2 floors under the ground floor. Very stuffy room and airless
I just loved the location, not far from the tube station. Room was very clean and comfy
Service is a disaster, rude staff and room service except for the receptionist. She was the only helpful person. I am sure there are better hotels for that price or even cheaper.
Nice location, easy to get to by tube from any arrival location. Many shops and restaurants in the area. Apartments are clean and was comfortable as we were a family of five. No issues with WIFI or the breakfast. Staff was very helpful & friendly. We had a pleasant and would repeat.
The kitchen is a little tight, but can't say that was a show stopper since we ate out most meals, less breakfast.
