location and the staff
the apartments lay out very small for family not comfortable beds and sofa the furniture need to be changed
I stayed with my spouse and daughter for 8 nights in this apartment (Queen Suit). When we checked-in during night time, the reception staff was very supportive and made our check-in process very fast. In fact, he himself brought our luggage to our room. At the first instance, we liked the apartment and its structure. But when entered in to our suit, we felt that the space is not enough and it might restrict our free movements inside our suit. Then, our view has been changed once we organized our luggage and we felt that the room space is sufficient for 3 adults. The apartment location is very good and close to Earl Court station. Lot of restaurant is very close to Earl Court station. The apartment is serviced on daily basis and it was very clean. The reception staffs were helping us to the maximum level in organizing our travel. Another major advantage is serving of breakfast on right time and the quantity was large for 3 adults. Overall, I would say that this is an excellent accommodation for very reasonable price.
The people that work at the hotel...worst ever seen!
Tube station nearby made it easy to escape our apartment. The oversized fridge seemed a waste since we never wanted to spend time in the apartment. AC worked great. We needed it sice we were below grond level.
Even though they had renovated the improvements were cheap. I would have traded the heated floors and towel bar in the bathroom for descent internet connection. The apartments HAD a lift but not in the area we stayed...somewhere underground. It had a light-well so the sunlight shown down to our level. I really think it was our fire escape. Neighbors, one above and one next door, were VERY noisy. I don't know if it was the lack of noiseproofing or inconsiderate people. I found it very difficult to communicate with the staff.
Location, size of apartment
Front desk not overly friendly
Receptionists, employees, perfect exact time schedule. The location is quite close to the market.
Breakfast size needs to be increased in amount and variety. Optional lunch or dinner may be required.
The room was very clean and tidy. It was very cosy and almost home like. I loved the fact that I had a little balcony where I was able to go.
The only thing that I didn't like is the fact that I felt like I was in the basement hence there was no natural light and I needed the lights on at all times even during the day time also I struggled to get any reception on my phone whilst I was in the room I had to go outside if I needed to call, txt or receive an email.
Upgraded to a Queen apartment from a deluxe double. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast brought up to apartment. Quick response when requests were made via the phone. Excellent location.
Very small bathroom sink. Not enough plug sockets in convenient areas, though we asked for an extension lead and it was provided promptly.
Beds in living area did not make very comfortable seats, tended to slide out if you relaxed at all
The location of the apartments, just around the corner from Earls Court tube station. Large comfortable apartment with balcony and everything you need there for you. Staff very friendly and helpful and it was very clean and well kept. Would highly recommend.
Great staff, clean room, good breakfast, paper every morning.
Halls were messy and stuffy. No lobby
Location and cleanliness
Too small. The sofa beds were in terrible condition. Needs to be changed. The washing machine and dish washer were in bad shape too. Too old and needed to be replaced. The bathroom was tiny and no space to keep your toilet kit. Even the water kettle was ancient!!!
Great location + Nice view in apartment 308 + Excellent Equipment + Helpful doorkeeper + Daily service, nice cleaning lady
The employees at the reception desk were not as nice as the rest of the staff Blow-drying "by heart": no outlet near the mirrors in apartment 308
location, machines at room, breakfast to the room, room was big and clean, suitably for our needs
bathroom was small and not working properly (floating after shower) and when wash hands water went to wall, door between room did not stay open
We loved the location and our rooms were really clean.
I booked a certain room as it was my hen weekend. When I arrived the room was already taken and I was told I hadn't booked that room. The staff were polite and helpful and I was moved to a better room but still not the room I had originally booked.
What a fantastic little apartment. Big enough for 3 of us for 7days. So close to the tube and the local shopping strip. The rooms are really clean. The bathrooms are roomy and there was even a washing machine and dishwasher. We made the 2 minute trip around the corner every morning for fresh coffee and croissants
The backpackers lodge across the road got a bit roudy at the weekends. We probably wouldn't have heard them with the windows closed, but we liked to have them open.
Good location to Earls Court Tube station and local shops. Comfortable Queen bed for us.
That the teenagers had pullout sofa beds that took up nearly the whole lounge room once down. Didnt expect that. Dishwasher was not working properly and they did a bodge fix up.
Breakfast ample Roomy Kitchen Close to subway Comfortable sofa bed Good location
Lower level but still a window No outlets in bathroom except for shaver Hard to locate outlets Awkward layout of dishes and utensils at opposite side to kitchen
Nice big bathroom with shower over bath tub, self contained large living area is very convenient. Well located near Earl's court tube station. Not noisy.
Great location with close proximity to supermarket and Underground station elegant building with modern interior fit out
room was smaller than expected, bathroom very small, air conditioning not working properly in main bedroom
The quite side street, facing a park, is filled with brick-faced boutique hotels. A block away are some fine pubs and restaurants and an Underground station. Can't get any easier than that. the room with its mini-kitchen was comfortably modern. Wood floors, comfortable couch, great view, very comfortable bed. The staff was quietly professional, a contrast to the two B&B's we'd just stayed in where we felt a "part of the family." A very nice continental breakfast was included in the price of the room, as was our choice of daily newspaper.
Really nothing. A fine place to stay while visiting London.
Wonderful neighborhood - residential, safe, across the street from a park, nearby grocery store. Full kitchen well stocked. Quiet, comfy bed, good linens.
The place has good bones - high ceilings, wood floors, and crown moldings but had been fitted out with cheap cabinetry and furniture. The sofas were dirty.
Great location, very close to underground train. Nicely appointed appartment. Plenty of space in the rooms. Great washing machine and dryer.
Internet very slow. Dishwasher was broken. Fold out beds extremely uncomfortable. Walls very thin, could hear the room next door. Bathroom very small. No cooking pans in the kitchen.
