Everything has been great, the short way to the tube, the calmness, clean and fresh rooms, nice staff. I can heartly recommend this place. I am glad to have found it, next time in London I don´t have to look around. No, nothing at all ! |

Location nearby railway station,underground Earl`s court. Silent neighbourhood. Wireless internet connection without restriction. In Basement`s room there was matt window but room was silent as I was asked for. |

Very close to tube station. Generally clean and comfortable. Fully equiped kitchenette, good for self catering. But the kettle is a bit dirty with a whitish lining on the inner surface. Tea and coffee not refilled daily. Bathroom floor uncomfortably hot though the incentive of the device is good. Staff generally not helpful apart from Richard, the manager. Miss one morning call and also allocate a standard room to me although I booked an executive room. Staff said the hotel actually "overbooked" that day. Unbelievable. |

Really nice rooms, the best place we have stopped at in London. Lots of space and everything you need for a short or long holiday are there in the room. It was quite noisy from the traffic outside since the windows were not double glazed. |

It is really close to the tube station. The rooms are fully equip with cooking facilities and excellent for self catering. The kettle was filled with some grayish lining which is horrible. I went back to stayed in the hotel for an extra night after staying there for a whole week. However they gave me a standard room instead of the executive room which I had booked ~ 3 weeks ago online. The reception even asked me to paid for the executive room price only paid me back the extra after I found out the room is not the one I asked for. Very depressing service! |

central, good location the room was in the basement with two flights of steps to get to the room. downstairs the temperature was very hot. the main drawback was that the room was in the basement and te nly airsupply woud be the fire exit. I would recommend but not the basement rooms. |

The apartment I was in was amazing, very big. Modern, spacious, and extremely friendly staff. The only minus point was you could hear people walking overhead as there are hardwood floors... |

Fairly modest reception and corridors. The investment is in the wonderfully large, comfortable and well equipped apartment rooms, and tasteful furnishings. Beautiful apartments and good value for money. Couldn`t seem to locate a can opener in the well equipped kitchen - minor in the scheme of things. |

Good location. The Standard Studio is much too small to be considered an 'Apartment', there is no separate seating area provided. Sitting on the bed results in watching television from an extreme angle. |

Everything was superbe..so spacious and luxurious rooms with all modern facilities, friendly hotel staff, close to the underground station, nice neighborhood with everything one may need.Definetely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and in a quite reasonable price.I recommend it to everyone!! The fact that the room we booked was in the basement and to have a larger room in a higher floor we had to pay 20 extra pounds per night. But not really a big problem |

Spacious room. Full equipped kitchenette. Some inpracticalities in the toilet like no space to lower toiletries etc. Not properly cleaned up room as dust here and there. Breakfast is a joke - next time I will cook my own breakfast as the kitchenette is fully equipped. |

Appartment was excellent, not a bad view from window seeing as its in london :) nice and close to earls court tube station aswell which was handy. Staff friendly and helpful |

The appartment was both very clean modern and very comfortable. the facilities in the appartment were new and excellent value. The only problem was the kicthcen facilities were of an excellent standard but there was no towels or socktes that were usable for the electrical appliances. Beatiful kitchen to look at rather than be encourgaed to use it. |

Great location, great modern conveniences, very reasonable pricing and size given location. Oddly, television in the smaller suites was mounted on side wall not at all viewable from bed, and didn't seem to pivot away from wall properly. |

Well designed, comfortable and spacious rooms. Good in room facilities (kitchenette, washer/dryer, dvd etc). Modern, airy and sunny. The double bed was actually twin beds which had been pushed together...unfortunately this arrangement was not that comfortable. |

La buena disponibilidad del personal para atender mis necesidades y solucionar mis problemas. Las camas super confortables. Pedi al hacer la reserva un apartamento con escritorio para poder estudiar y solo pude disponer de ello desde el 2º día de estancia. Considero que un apartamento para dos debe tener una mesa con dos sillas. El que tuvimos la 1ª noche no tenía mesa y solo tenia una silla. |

la formule studio est bien adaptée pour un séjour en toute liberté. Par ailleurs, la situation géographique 200m d' Earls court est très bonne, Simply market à 100 m... |

Des appartements spacieux, très bien conçus, très bien équipés (deux ecran plats, nombreux placards, cuisine équipée) le tout avec une décoration de très bon goût (harmonie de couleurs modernes, éclairage réglable par spots dans faux plafond...). Le personnel est très aimable.Idéal pour visiter Londres. Je le recommande vivement. Incontournable Les appartements étant neufs, un élément du plafond (grille d'aération) est tombe en pleine nuit...le personnel l'a refixé le lendemain. |
