Presidential Kensington  

We had the presidential suite and it was very nice. Separate bedroom and living room. Plus i really loved the balcony and seating area outside. The location was good and there was a M&S down the street. The room was very clean and they had free wifi.

The wifi was real spotty. I know it was free which was cool but at times was very frustrating.

Availability of staff to help you out with anything needed.

Nothing that I did not like, just that I would have been grateful for more ...sugar!! :P Otherwise it has been a really enjoyable experience and thank you for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable

Original room booked did not have a proper shower (bath only with attachment but no screen) moved rooms to a much smaller room although it had a walk in shower (I was heavily pregnant so needed this) the room was good but very small for a weeks stay< only other disappointment was the room was not very well cleaned eg lots of dust on the shelves above the bed.

Interior Courtyard was brilliant - hot water always hot - very clean

room smaller than that visible on website - wanted 3 singles - one was sofa bed and room was very small for 3 beds for three people- location brilliant and room was spotless.

Location played a great deal with my stay at Presidential Kensington. The Underground is about a 5 minute walk. There are shops, pubs, restaurants, banks and even a post office nearby. It was very convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was cleaned everyday, there was free wi-fi & we were able to store our luggages before checking-in and after checking-out. Being a serviced apartment, we had the option of cooking our own meals and even do laundry. Overall, I was very happy with our stay at this hotel.

Since our room was located at the basement, we can hear the foot traffic above us. And the noise from the lift was not pleasant. But the good thing was that we were already up by then. So it's really a minor inconvenience.

Service was fantastic. Location to tube fantastic. Good deal financially

The location was excellent as it was less than 5 mintues walk from the tube station. It had some really good local shops for all essentials. The location was really quiet. The apartment was well equiped. It was very clean. We were able to leave our bags in the morning then spend our day in London and when returning in the evening they had been placed in our room.

The only downside is the breakfast as it wasn't worth the money and there many pubs nearby that do it cheaper.

We were absolutely happy with all services and the facilities of our appartment in which we stayed with our two children. You have to keep in mind that a town like London normally offers less value for more money. Not so here. The Kensington area is wonderful and offers all shops to equip your fridge close to the hotel. Good start for your trips in London.

Free wifi wasn't very reliable.

Every person there was wonderful. Very polite, friendly, helpful, genuine. We especially liked the young lady from Italy. And the cleaning staff were excellent. The location is great, and being able to have a kitchen is so convenient.

I have coeliac disease so needed to stay somewhere were I could make my own breakfast, as this is the most difficult meal to eat when out. I lived the fact that it was a serviced apartment so things were topped up each day. The location was great and the staff were really friendly. Earls court tube station is a 2 minute walk away! And I liked that there was a shower and a bath.

Personally my only problem was that we wanted more normal teabags and sugar! They only give about 2 sachets at a time and me and my boyfriend are big tea drinkers! But that was my only 'complaint'!

Nice and modern rooms, great location, nice friendly staff. Really great place to stay for business or leisure. great apartments, quiet and close to many great places of London!
