good location recommended

The room was exactly as described on their site.Location was great. 8 mins walk to Marble Arch Station. 5 mins walk to oxford street & bus stops.Tesco located right below in the same building.Studio Apt was comfortable with a large King Bed.Kitchen was adequately fitted.The staff was friendly & always eager to be of assistance, especially Boyan at the reception who was extremely helpful & knowledgable about local stuff. would certainly stay there again.

No obvious negatives, except maybe the price.

Very good quiet location. Good and friendly staff. Tesco supermarket "next door". All necessary facilities are in the room

We've ordered appartments for 4 people, but appartment has only 1 double bad and one sofa.

Excellent stay very good friendly and helpful reception

Location is vert good. Rooms are spacious.

Tools have humidity issue and smell badly. There is a parking behind the hotel which is used for garbage collection and restocking of tesco next door. These two activities take place at 6 am and make it impossible to sleep in.

Good central location and value for money.

There is no hall and common space. Rooms are not soundproof and there is traffic noice.

It has really friendly staff and its located 10 minutes walk away from selfridges.

I found out that the kettle doesn't work when its out of office hour. So I called customer service. I was told that they don't have an extra one and I would have to wait till the office opens next morning.

It is close to tube station and to shopping. The room was excellent comfortable and clean

Staff are excellent 10/10. Reception staff excellent and cleaning staff very courteous and smiley and always helpfully. Location is excellent.

Thin walls and slightly noisy but not something that would put me off from going back. I would class the Presidential Apartments as one of best places to stay in London. I have stayed in excellent hotels in London before but this is going to be my main place from now on specially with a family.

After reading mixed reveiws about the Presidential I was a little worried about what we would find when we arrived. Dimitri on reception was extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment was excellent! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will certainly be staying there again!
