Good location, good shower, everything worked.

Not very clean - hairs in bath, on bathroom floor, on bedspread. Discarded tissue on floor. Sofa looked filthy. Very shabby.

Excellent location, supermarket next door, spacious apartment, excellent for children.

No cleaning of the apartment on weekends.

The apartment was tried, the bed was hard and lumpy and the sofa was filthy.

Location, and that's about it. At £175 a night, it was marginal for value.

'Presidential', but only if you're the President of a lump of coral somewhere in the Pacific. It's somewhat shabby - not terrible, but certainly not great. Mattresses were okay at best, and the sleeping arrangements for our two kids were convoluted, and rendered the living area uninhabitable by anyone else. I felt that the photos online suggested a better, larger space - but that's the way it often is, I suppose. Just disappointing, I'm afraid.

Ase left booking quite late it was the best location we could get but missed the christmas atmossphere of a hotel,so will be booking early next wyear

1) The staff were very friendly and helpful 2) The location was very good. Oxford Street, Edward Road and Marble Arch Tube Station are within a 10 Minute walk. Tesco Supermarket is just beside the hotel. 3) The room is compact but at the same time well designed with a nearly fully equipped kitchenate and small hidden washing/dryer (but very slow) machine. 4) there was a small balcony in the room that could be accessed through a very wide sliding glass door that faces George street .

1) The hotel does not have a 24 hour reception and the main door will be closed all day. So When somebody arrives either too early (before 7:00 am) or too late may be after (9:00 pm) to check in he would have to call an emergency number for the hotel so they could open the door for him but he will still be unable to do the check in until the official reception time starts. So you need to arrange your arrival check in time with the hotel. 2) The bathroom is too small and not well designed. 2) Room cleaning service needs little enhancement. 3) There seem to be a problem in the hotel water piping system. When I open the water in the bathroom a noisy sound comes out in some cases and in some days this noisy sound continues and becomes like a hammer when I close the water. So I had to re-open the water and wait for 10 or 15 seconds until it goes away. 4) the problem I mentioned about the water piping system was about to cancel my whole booking because there was a burst in one of the pipes in the room I was supposed to have just less than 24 hour before my check in time but fortunately there was one vacant room with the same type of my room and they were able to accommodate me. However, I was extremely worried when I called them from the air port and they told me that there was this problem with my booking and they were not sure whether there will be a vacant room or not but finally when I arrived, a vacant room was there. So for me I see that there is a serious problem with the reliability of the hotel booking although they tried every possible effort to accommodate me.

When we arrived, our room was not ready and according to the staff , it has a maintainance problem and it needs two days to fix it, they transferred us to a far apartment , which runied our plans for the first 2 days

The apartments are very central and the staff very friendly.

The studio apartments all face the main road and have a single glazed front wall that doesn't filter out any noise. Whilst you can't expect complete silence in central London, some sound insulation should be standard. If you want to get any sleep before 1am find somewhere else to stay. Also, the sofa bed is very uncomfy to sit on and has strategically placed hinges and bars that seem to be designed to stop you sleeping. Even my 11 year old couldn't sleep in it.

We stayed in the Studio room, all studio rooms are positioned at the front of the apartment building facing the street. The street is busy with cars and people and noisy most times. The apartment is not sound proofed and the noise during the night is disturbing from the street noise. We asked the hotel staff if they had a complimentary basic map of London and they didn't. They stated we can buy one from the local train station !! Poor form.

3 calls from manager about 'flooding'of booked apt.prior to our arrival and that we may have to move to alternate accommodation. Fridge not turned on on arrival.Took 2 days to stabilise - freezing food, etc. Washing machine broken - not repaired and causing disruption to our stay. Smoking in or near our room despite the building designation of Non Smoking.Television faulty - unable to switch on.on 2nd night. No explanation on 'flooding issue'. Manager unable to get washing machine fixed and complained of being 'too busy' to follow up.

We liked the convenient location of the hotel - so close to Oxford Street and onlly a short cab ride from most other attractions. Being a 2 roomed apartment it meant that the adults were able to stay up later than the children.The staff were ever so helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely opt to stay there again if in London and would certainly recommend it to anyone else.

Nice modern layout, convenient with bar and shop very close by, great position - just off Baker Street. Helpful staff, nice clean room.

Fold-out bed could have been more comfortable.
