Loved the location, the layout snd spaciousness of the room , the bed not adequate temperature control - the room was too hot some of the time, the tv package hung at times necessitating that we turn off, turn on again |

Perfect for shopping, 5 mins from the main streets in London! Having a kitchen and a tesco express next door saved us alot of money on food. The bed in the bedroom was huge (sleeps 3), but the sofa bed wasn't very big. I'm 5'2 and my feet dangled over the edge suitable for children though. I would stay here again it was clean and it was full of the little extras we all like to find. The bathroom had shower caps toothbrushes/toothpaste plenty of creams and washes! The bedroom had more treats and we had a lovely fruit bowl in the kitchen. Nothing fancy but more than we expected. |

The kitchen had everything needed like silverware, cups, microwave, cooker, washing machine and fridge. The hotel was just around the corner of Baker st. and not far away from oxford st. and edgware road. The location is superb. I think it was a bit too pricey. Also, they didn't have a 24 hours front desk. In addtion, when I asked to clean my room, the housekeeper told me they didn't work on weekends. |

Big comfy bed, heated bathroom floor, kitchen is a good size and adequatly stocked with untensils, overall nice size room with handy tesco express nxt door. Kitchen could do with more utensils I.e baking trays, pans. View of the building site wasn't that pleasant and noisy at times. |

did not enjoy the stay we did not get the room that we originally booked. the rooms were nothing like the pictures advertised. i would not recommend this hotel to families at all |

location, facilities and staff behaviour. no cleaness service during weekend, even if when we arrived on friday room was pretty clean. Bathroom was not so comfortable as expected |

We had booked 5 nights but we decided to left without even staying the first one, so I probably couldn´t say we had an actual guest experience. This hotel should take some serious thought about cleaning and maintenance. It is not at all spacious and pristine as it looks in the pictures. |

Just on big room but well done. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and larger then my own. There was even a washing machine! Coffee and Tea and some fruits. A supermarket just next door. It was very clean and comfortable, enough space to do whatever you like, for what you expect in London the size was gigantic. It was so good that usually I would not leave a comment, just to make sure not to many people now about it ;-) Last thing: very quite! but 4 min to oxford street.... really wonderful. |

The rooms were bigger that other British hotels in the same range, was close to the centre of the shopping area and the tube. The staff was friendly and helpful very much. I felt like home. |

I will without a doubt go back to this hotel, its fabulous and 3 min walk from oxford st and really near to everything...I really loved it there. It had everything in the hotel to which was brilliant really clean to. |

It was in the centre of london close to all amenities Yes, alot, this was classified as a 4* apartment however, the apartment block was under renovation the qualify of the carpets was bad, the apartment was decorated in a sloppy manner and only had single glazed doors so there was alot of noise. The quality of the whole accomodation was closer to 3* than 4* and I think it is over priced purely because of its location. |

Location 5 minutes walk from Oxford street, Very friendly staff especially Mohsen the manager, good size studio flat with all necessary amenities,small balcony. The walls are thin so sometimes you can hear other rooms,and the noise from George street. |

Lovely, friendly, extremely helpful staff. Rooms spotlessly clean (serviced every day). Facilities great (kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer etc and includes washing powder, washing-up liquid etc). Rooms are modern and stylish. Building was being refurbished while we were there, though there was no noise or disruption at all, so this shouldn't put visitors off. Great location for shopping on Oxford Street (5 minute walk). Chek-out is 10am but they are very flexible about allowing longer if you need it. Overall a very positive experience. |
