The position is everything. Space is typically an issue with London hotels, so an apartment gives one some room to move It's not really a big deal (indeed charming in it's own way), but I don't think there has been any refurbishment since 1982. I'm sure shag carpet will come back in.

Really good location, a 2 minute walk from Oxford street and only a bit more to the nearest tube station. Tesco express next door so we could keep expense to minimum. Really friendly staff. A kitchen with all the utensils to cook pretty much anything. Perhaps provision of some sauces or butter as we were only there for one night and didnt want to buy a whole block of butter or a big bottle of ketchup for our food. Otherwise a really nice stay

We actually stayed at the Presidential Apartment Kensington because they had a water leak in the Marylebone apartments. They were absolutely brilliant and very convenient as we were running the London Marathon

(1) Reasonably sized room with complimentary tea / coffee & hot-water making facilities. (2) Tesco Express supermarket downstairs, right next door (3) bathroom comes with complimentary moisturizer apart from soap and shampoo (the other boutique hotesl we stayed at don't provide it!) (4) Really friendly staff (1) Breakfast is only served at 8 AM, so if you had opted for it, it means you cant really start London exploration early

Clean. Very helpful staff. Good location. Good kitchen facilities. Free newspapers. There was nothing I didn't like. Things were either good or at the worst, not below expectations.

The windows were only singleglazed (!) - therefor it was very loud in the room. Besides, the sealing in one window pane was completely missing so it was very draughty and we had to close the curtains even at daytime when we wanted to sit at the sofa.

Good location and facilities for whoever is on city trip. In addition, breakfast even if it served continental but nourishing with quility and quitity. I liked and loved it ! I admired staffs that made an overseas called me to assure my reservation. Good taking care of customer :) Reception opens only in business hour and close a bit late at night. Please make sure to inform hotel while making reservation that you will arrive early or later at night.

The whole stay was ideal, we were 4 ladies travelling for leisure and shopping, we had booked a 1 bedroom apartment but when we got there they gave us the option of 2 studios for the same price as we would have more space and comfort, we chose our original booking and stuck with the 1 bedroom apartment as we wanted to all stay together but was lovely to be offered the choice, we had problems with hot water the first night but as soon as we rang they came straight up, the breakfast was lovely and delivered straight to the door, was so fresh and loads in it, the location was ideal, few minutes from oxford street and a Tesco downstairs which was so handy, would highly recommend this place

It was very central and staff were friendly. Kitchen equipment - cooker etc- was good There were limited items for cooking-no potato peeler, no egg cups, and standard equipment is only 2 SMALL saucepans. A larger saucepan was provided on request, as was a small vegetable knife, a spatula and a wooden spoon. If you were planning to cook even a basic meal for the 4 people the a partment sleeps, you would need to check out the equipment, and crockery and cutlery first.
