booked only the day before whilst on a road trip around Kent, great welcome, lovely and clean, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. On a main road so a little noisy with the windows opened but everything else made up for that. Would definitely recommend a stay
The room was spacious with modern fittings, a really nice shower and the very best ingredients were used for breakfast, quality bacon and sausage. Cooked to perfection.
Can't put my finger on anything at all.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Really good breakfast.
Very hot in bedroom and ceiling fan too noisy to sleep with it on.
Fabulous breakfast and very friendly helpful owners. Fridge for guests very useful as we had food with us for the following day. Chilled bottled water also a huge bonus on a very hot weekend.
Great choice of breakfast Wifi Helpful instructions from staff when we got lost enroute!
Andy and Carr very nice and helpful. Room very beatiful and clean. A selection of DVDs and books available for free. Wonderful breakfast!
Food, decor, helpfulness
The owners who couldn't do enough to hop you.
The pillows need replacing!
Good location close to M26 for going on to Dover the next day. Very comfortable room. Right next door to excellent restaurant who offer special menu for the B&B. Very welcoming. No problem parking.
Only a minor point, but I couldn't get wifi in the bedroom, only downstairs.
Breakfast especially good
We received a very warm welcome on arrival from Andy and Sue and very much enjoyed are stay with them. Our room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable, we both slept like logs we both would highly recommend this to anyone, fabulous stay

Pleasant staff, meticulous to details, clean freindly and calm. Would love to stay longer! Breakfast a real treat
A grab rail in the shower would be great
Sue and Andy were very welcoming and friendly. Everything was clean and fresh and the breakfast was amazing!
This is a very well run establishment - food is excellent and attention to detail and friendliness likewise
Friendly owners who gave us lots of helpful advice. Really lovely breakfasts in a very pleasant dining room. Lots of tea, coffee, etc. in the room. Room was a generous size and the king sized bed was really comfortable.
friendliness of the owners, preparation of breakfast, advices for leisure activities
Charming couple who go out of their way to please and succeed in doing so. Excellent rooms, excellent breakfast, good parking, excellent value.
The only, minor, thing I can think of is that the WIFI signal in my bedroom was unusable - worked fine in the dining area, but not exactly private.
Nice stay at warm and friendly hosts! Perfect room and bathroom. Breakfast was also really perfect.
Very clean, nicely decorated and friendly owners. To be recommended.
Service very good , nice host Very homely
Mirror not in ideal position
Personal service, the owners really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The menu for breakfast is simply superb!
The only slight problem was the heated towel rail was so powerful it warmed the entire room on its own. If that's just the towel rail, I imagine a winter stay would be very cosy! Hardly a negative!
Everything. Friendly and helpful people running the place and it is well kept.
Clean friendly fantastic
Nothing all great
