i didnt like anything - the room was in disrepair & the bed coverings were poor - i check out the same night-i didnt feel i could sleep in those conditions - & the receptionist was rude to my husband

Nothing, apart from the fact the bus stop to the town centre was within l minutes walk of the front door

Staff unable to supply the VAT number - are they VAT registered? Room tiny. Not made up on one night. Only towels for 1 person left every day. Filthy carpet that was not actually fitted. Heating in the bathroom did not work. Sink so badly fitted you could not put the plug down. Shower disgusting. Broken window pane, luckily only the outside layer.

The breakfast was terrible, owners were muslim so no pork on the menu. How can you have a full english without any meat!

It was scruffy and dirty. I don't think they owned a hoover

We liked the fact it was close to the city centre of Birmingham.

internet very expensive did not use only tea in bedroom room was small but i only booked singleut ok for 1 person told other rooms bigger tv had only few channels reception was good

Rooms were very small, by a main road with lots of traffic noise. Towels were like sandpaper.There was an old cigaret end under the edge of the small double bed and carpets were not clean.Thank goodness we were only there 2 nights because I could not have stayed any longer.

The beds were comfy enough unlike other hotels and it had a tv with a dvd player so we could listen to music. Oh and I liked leaving the next morning. The staff were friendly enough but didnt talk too much so I wasnt sure if they spoke english properly.

I didnt like staying in the hotel, but luckily we wern't in there much. None of the taxi drivers knew where it was and it looked abandonned from outside.

I did like the area of this hotel, the cleanliness, there was no heating in room, there was no hot water, the snk in bathroom did not wash away, overall value for money very poor.

I did not like my stay at that hotel.

Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam.

Standarden var enklare än vad som framgick. Rummet luktade mögel. Sängen var väldigt smal och bäddmadrass saknades. Frukosten var mycket enkel.

Vi havde en dårlig oplevelse, da reservationen ikke var gået igennem og vi fik et meget, meget lille værelse.
