Quiet and peaceful
Mattress too soft
The owners are lovely, we had the sensation to be at home, very cozy and nice hotel. Very good breakfast and dinner. Avalaible prices with local food.
Small rooms, hard to get the wifi.
Nothing special but for the price requested absolutely ok. Nice owners, garden, quiet
The food is very english(tasteless), canned tomato for breakfast
Good food and very friendly hosts.
Limited meal choice
Good value good food at a good rate
Bathroom very modern but need a good clean
This was a comfortable, cosy stay (twin room + bathroom). Staff were lovely.
Friendly caring hosts, couldn't do enough for us. Entertainment groups meet at the pub on regular nights, singers, guitarists providing an atmosphere of genuine Welsh country hospitality.
Difficult to find on GPS, needs coordinates provided in directions.
Location and very warm and friendly host.
Excellent hospitality. A small family run traditional B&B. simple accommodation in a small room, but comfortable. Very convenient with parking just outside the door (no stairs to climb). Very dog friendly. So if you bring a dog make sure other dog owners are welcome after you!
Loved the welcoming atmosphere. Lovely couple that ran The Prince of Wales Very accommodating to our needs
The noisy fridge!
friendly people good food clean room
We were treated very warmly, huge breakfast, large bedroom, overall great value for money.
The proprietor is a lovely man who aims to please. The beds are very comfortable and cooked one of the best breakfasts I've had for ages.
I'm afraid the room was in dire need of a deep clean although I must qualify that by stating that the bed linen was fresh and clean.
Location to the Brecon Beacons Breakfast Very friendly familly Cosy accommodation Nice setting with great views
Comfy bed and decent room! Owners were really helpful and friendly!
You could only get to nearest town by taxi and if you didnt want to do that, your options after dark are pretty limited!
lovely inn ,basic ,clean and friendly . comfortable nights stay.Lovely food both evening bar meal and a huge breakfast. Hidden gem in the valleys . Thank you
nothing to dislike .
We stayed here as a central location so we could visit the area and family. It was perfect. .
The bedroom and en suite were fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. Definitely not what you would expect from when you first walk into the bar. Breakfast was great and the location was ideal for when I needed to be.
The bar is very old fashioned and I was worried as to what the room was going to be like. However I was pleasantly surprised by the room. The room wasn't dirty but could do with a bit more of a close eye when cleaning. Depends on how fussy you are as there were areas that could've been improved but overall I found it clean enough to stay in.
Comfortable room and good bathroom.
No internet connection in the room whatsoever, lack of tourist information regarding walking in the local area. Pronounced smell of damp in the room and the whole place was generally tired, dated and in need of refurbishment.
Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpfull.
Room was adequate but could do with decor updating.
Friendly welcome,Nothing to much trouble, looked after my brother and me like we were family.Had proberbly the best steaks i've had in a long, long time. I had a accident while we were down in wales (came off MX Bike) left the hospital at around 21:30 got back to The Prince of wales approx 22:30 and was still treated like royalty. the owner cooked us a evening meal evan at such a late hour. I Would willing recommend this establishment to everyone and anyone. So Much so i am returning with my wife very shortly. Andy Rennie from York
Quiet room, fairly comfortable bed but good nights sleep. Fantastic breakfast. Good evening meal. Made very welcome and so was our dog even though we arrived late we still managed to get a drink following a 4hr journey.
! Can't think of Anything.
Proprieters very friendly. Room was slightly dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Overall fantastic value for money, will be back next time I visit Wales.
