Staff very helpful and friendly, clean modern room and hotel
Small room, not in the best location
staff was good , very nice to me. clean room with confortable bed
breakfast could be a sort of buffet, like a big table with everything put on it, rather than having to do everything... but it was fine.. please Sport channel ! sky espn...or whatever...for those who don't get english on TV
The hotel is well run and the staff very polite and helpful. Good value especially at new year
Only negative was the bin had not been emptied in the room. No other negatives
Super nice and helpful staff, clean, nice bed and complimentary fruits.
Very small hotel but clean and close to station. Good for a night or two. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very good breakfast. Value for money.
Good customer relations great value for money parking facility and good location
Cleanliness of bedding and room, big shower, peaceful for outer London
Good standard in room, very clean, recently decorated but very small, everything you need for a short stay, more than one night would have been tougher Free breakfast with waitress service
Noisy neighbours/thin walls Too hot only skylights which I could not open No hairdryer
Location and cleaniness
Small rooms - but to be expected
Friendly Staff Proximity to City Airport
Street side bedroom noisy from street trafic
Very comfortable rooms nice heating, clean and nice staff.
Can't comment on breakfast as didn't try it but abundance fruit and basic staples such as tea/ milk available on demand. Staff very hospitable and lovely place to rest in a concrete jungle. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff.
Shower tray shallow with only a curtain so when showering the bathroom flooded. Toilet seat loose so had to be carful not to fall off. But I didn't say until I left. Wifi good but shaky on occasion
Friendly staff and great atmosphere, with great complimentary breakfast. Comfy beds. Clean toilets. And free access to the kitchens water or juice bottles.
Staff were very helpful and always asked if everything was ok with your stay
Very clean, quiet
Nice staff and excellent service. Recommend to anyone.
5 minutes by car to the airport - very nice breakfast on demand - free open bar by night for water or fruit.
Nice staff, 5 takeaways within 2 mins walk of hotel, easy location to get to.
First floor room in annex at front was a little noisy if you are not used to any noise at night from traffic.
No kitchen for evening Meals
I have spent 3 separate one-night stays here whilst working nearby. Each time the staff were welcoming and the rooms spotlessly clean (if a little small). Free use of the kitchen and complimentary fruit, fruit juice and bottled water is a nice touch. Free Wi-fi worked well.
Rooms are a little small and not particularly well sound-proofed (I could hear passing traffic and people in the next room, but not loudly enough to really bother me). The on-site parking is very limited and was full on each of my visits, but parking in the surrounding streets is also free. It really comes down to the price you're charged. I paid between £45 and £70 per night which is good value. However this was claimed to be a saving on the standard price of over £300 per night and there's no way it's worth anything like that much.
The location made it very easy to get to the Excel Centre. Breakfast was freshly cooked for you. All staff were very helpful and available at any time.
Unfortunately due to the lack of space some people had to wait for a free table before they got their breakfast.
Staff were extremely friendly and it really felt like a home run business. They provided a generous but simple breakfast, free bottled water, access to their kitchen and fresh fruit. These were some really nice touches. It is a simple, clean, efficiently run hotel. I would describe the room as small to medium, but for our purposes, it was great value for money. We just needed a nice clean place to stay whilst site seeing. Would recommend staying there.
Friendly and Helpful staff Clean Room Good Food Stylish Interior
Booked room in the annex, which is actually a separate property a few houses down the road from the main Hotel. Breakfast served in main Hotel, not a problem especially as it was dry. Room very warm, large TV, wifi, clean, breakfast good, help yourself to fruit and bottled water in the reception area, whenever you wished. Staff very helpful. We were able to park in the secure carpark at rear which can only take 4 cars.
Although location was excellent, area a little run down. Breakfast was served in reception area, which was a little small. People had to wait for us to finish our breakfast before they could be served - not enough seats if everyone arrives for breakfast at the same time.
