Fantastic customer service Free breakfast! Free parking ALL day!
The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay better.
Friendly, welcoming staff, good room, surprising bonus of "open kitchen" policy, fresh fruit, fruit juices, tea, coffee always to hand. Nice cooked breakfast included in price.
The staff, ideal location for London City Airport, and cleanliness. The breakfast.
Free water, juice, apples, bananas, oranges...
It's just like a home I enjoyed it so much
Very helpful staff, superb breakfast
The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The facilities were good, nice breakfast. The hotel was close to bus stations and to the tube.
We stayed for 4 nights, and they didn't change our sheets. We told the reception on the last day - which was our mistake and fault (if we would of said something they would of changed it- they usually change once in 2 nights, unless asked otherwise). The location was a bit far from the center, which was a bit disappointing for us - but yet a nice and practical area.
the staff could not be more helpful and polite if we were in a 5 star expensive hotel . the hotel is located a short walk from nearest dlr station and into central london within 20 - 25 minutes .small but secure car park .
Friendly helpful staff and management who do everything to make your stay pleasant.
Room was tiny.
Reception staff cooperation
Limited space on breakfast time. no safe box in room no enough toilitories
Staff were great Room was tidy and well equipped Good breakfast and free drinks were a nice touch
Area is a little daunting- walking from the station at night was scary. We stayed in the annex which was fine, but I'd have felt more secure in the main hotel in hindsight
Ideal little hotel in the local community near the Excel complex. Friendly and accommodating staff at all times. Close to the newspaper and takeaway shops. Great value for money for the location, for a simple stay over. Quiet compact rooms, that are very deluxe for the space, well decorated and clean. Safe vehicle compound for car parking off the roadside. Good WiFi access.
Small room, with a hard bed. No pork in the breakfast!
For the first time in my life somebody from a hotel carries my bags. The hotel is clean. They were able to fit in nice bathroom, although small. Kingsize bed was very comfy. Area seems safe.
Wi-Fi just disappear one night. The location is one hour journey from the city centre.
Polite and helpful staff
It was advertised with soundproofing and rain shower and all that. There was no soundproofing at all. We could hear what the person next door was watching on tv. The rain shower pressure was so low, it was almost impossible to rinse off. No shops open after eleven at night and when we came there we had to get fries from the shabby shabby kebob place next door with was full of scary street dudes. If I had payed full price for this (5-600 pounds), I would be sooo pissed. Not going back.
The price was disgusting for what we got. We were not even in the actual hotel, we were put in a house conversion down the street. The location didn't feel safe. Even witnessed people breaking into a car outside. I would advise never going there!
I rented the room as a gift for a friend as a wedding pressie and asked for champagne and flowers and the hotel was more than happy to provide for both. The groom and the bride loved everything .
Clean,nice,quiet place & excellent staff
Great location for my needs Friendly very helpful Good facilities Good price
The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were nice enough. The breakfast was ok.
The walk was a little further than I would have liked from Custom House, although it was reasonable for Prince Regent.
This was not my first choice as I had been let down by my original hotel. I was so pleased I was, the Prince Regent was lovely. Small and friendly. Easy parking, quick and informative check in. Nice size rooms, room 105 was perfect for smokers, balcony!
Only negative was that the Wi-Fi was not that good, I could not log onto it all.
My friend and I stayed here for 1 night. We booked as we were watching Lady Gaga at the o2. We got a bus to Victoria Coach Station so had to get from there to the hotel... What a bloody mission!! After getting about 3 different tubes and drl, we reached Prince Regent and had to walk for 5 mins through some sort of Ghetto to the hotel. Due to this we didn't fancy walking back through after our show, so had to get a taxi which cost us £25. The hotel itself was clean, our bathroom was a bit rough and damp smelling, but for 1 night couldn't complain.
Distance of time from o2.
Very friendly hotel staff, we really enjoyed staying there.

The Area Room 1 in the annexe is too close to the road and very noisy.
