Friendly and helpful staff, excellent view, spacious and comfortable room, good location and facilities - car park

A little pricey, but we were staying at the height of the tourist season

Good value for money room - a long walk from Brighton though.....I ended up with blisters on my feet

Staff very helpful. Bedrooms clean and comfortable.

The room we had been allocated was next to the lift and the noise was awful. However the staff were very helpful and changed our room without any problems.

Brilliant breakfast and service

The bathroom floor looked unclean and as if it had not been washed for some time.The bath was deep although plenty of handrails. The noise from the road was very bad throughout the night and this prevented a reasonable amount of sleep.

It was a quiet and peaceful hotel. Access to nightlife, city centre and other local fun spots was good. The staff was very accomodating, friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was lovely and filling. The reception staff were friendly and informative.

Only downside was that nowhere on the internet did it state that the hotel was about a 40min walk from the Brighton Pier. I only found this out at check-in!

Efficiency and friendliness of staff, who are a real asset to you! Very helpful in arranging wake up call, and booking taxi, and also when I had lost an item in my room (found later in my luggage!)

Our son had a room on the 3rd floor and was disturbed late at night by the noise from the conference rooms above.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast - coffee jug came promptly..

Breakfast coffee - average for hotel - could be so much better - in these days of good cafetiere coffee.
