the bed was too old or soft..... i have stayed in nine hotels this year - several in third world africa - but all had decent firm or firmish matresses. this matress had little support. that part all positive!!!

We stayed there for 3 nights. While we were there we really enjoyed the beautifull seaview, the relaxed and nice atmosphere, Full English breakfast was really well cooked and was delicious. Last but not least Staff was really helpful and friendly. Thank you for the memories. :-)

It's does what it says. Quiet, clean & private. Right next to the sea front. Great walk to Hove High St. & Brighton. Big plus: Free parking. If full cheap parking nearby. A bonus for Brighton & Hove

Spacious clean room, with an excellent sea view. Comfortable bed and a solid floor for minimum noise. Good internet connection (Free!) Friendly staff. Good value. Will definately try for this hotel for future visits.

A bit of a tight squeeze to get to the limited parking during the day. (Free on the road after 8:00pm though) Didn't appreciate the smokers congregating at the entrance. They may as well have been smoking in the lobby! No real complaints with my stay though. Will definately try here first when I'm down again.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Free parking was a real bonus during a very busy weekend in Brighton even if the 'first come first served' basis, which is understandable, makes it something of a lottery.

My wife has an aversion to fixed head showers, just a personal foible!

Beautiful room very spacious with a lovely sea view. Comfortable and relaxing. Very well trained charming staff. Will definitely stay again when visiting family in the U.K.

A good all round visit, did not have breakfast so unable to comment. Evening meal in restaurant was good value with generous portions.

Decor a bit jaded and dated, did not look as good as in web site photos. Parking difficult access and limited spaces

£126 was way over priced,didnt have sky T.V.breakfast wasn't included ex£12 so went elsewhere.bathroom could do with upgrading,sink was verl low bath high ,toilet didn't flush.parking very bad extra £aday to park

I thought the quality of the mattresses in the room were absolutely awful. They were very cheap and highly uncomfortable. Also, we booked a double room and the bed was two single mattresses pushed together which also makes the bed even more uncomfortable. I dont think a hotel should ever have an excuse for doing this. Bearing in mind the Premier Inn offers rooms at half the price of Best Western and their double beds are excellent. Considering the room cost £150 for one night I expected higher standards from a hotel like Best Western. There are plenty of hotels in the area that are the same price or cheaper which offer much higher quality beds. After all, the bed is the most important part of the whole stay. Also, the receptionist kept us waiting for 5-10 minutes on the day of check out whilst she was on the phone dealing with a booking. This wasn't her fault as she was the only one there but surely someone else should be nearby to assist if this happens. For the price I paid, I wasn't overly impressed and won't be rushing back to Best Western again.
