Typical old fashion seaside resort hotel with friendly helpful staff. Very close to theatres and seafront. Five minute walk into town. Nice clean, bright room and en-suite. Both bigger than I expected. Breakfast limited to half and hour (8.30 to 9am) and chaotic

Good location Restaurant was awful, very poor breakfast, staff knocked on the door and entered without question. That was very very rude and uncomfortable.

The manager, Rui, was exceptionally friendly and efficient, made us welcome and helped out with luggage, etc. The internet connection was slower than I had hoped and somewhat intermittent.

The breakfast in the morning was well organised and the staff were excellent. The reception staff were less than helpful sometimes. I would help if they understood English!!

Very bad experience. We had reserved a family suite - which showed up to be a dirty two room thing (no door between rooms) and with one room crapped with bunker beds. Breakfast was uneatable. Staff at reception postulated that the creditcard maschine wasn't working so we should payin cash which we would not accept. Stay away!
