The location is a short distance from two diferent tube stations; allowing easy access to the city. Many and varied restaurants are within two blocks of the hotel. The continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Rooms are tiny with tiny single beds, not twin size as promised. House-keeping was poor and sporadic...bed made with no sheets, room not made at all. |

Its location for central London and local shopping area. Its newly decorated/renovation work obviously just recently done. Also, for central London, a very quiet area Single room very small but bed comfortable. |

Anyway, location is good, very touristic. 40 mins by foot to get to the buckingham palace, or 15 mins by metro. The neibgourhood was quiet. I was quite supprised at how people reccomande this hotel on booking.com. (They are on a period of revovation, so it was almost not possible to find the name of the hotel.) Staffs are not so kind and they did not even feel sorry that the type of room (double) we reserved was not available anymore. |

It was the perfect location for shops,bars, restaurants and tube in Bayswater all only 2 minutes walk away. Also a really short tube ride away to central london or it can be walked in about 45 mins to trafalgar square (lovely walk also through Hyde Park!) |

The location of the hotel, very near the underground station. The local amenities were good. The reception staff, their attitude and general unhelpfulness towards our complaint and came across very rude, they could not be bothered and did not apologise at any point. They spoke to their colleagues in a foreign language and we found this very rude, the customer service was very, very poor. |

The breakfast was simple, and yet very nice (buffet with typical but fresh food). The bathroom was very nice, and the shower excellent. The window in our room let in a little of cold air from outside, and since leaving the central heating during the night made the room too hot, this was a little bit uncomfortable. |

La cercanía al metro que te lleva a cualquier sitio. Cuando llegamos a las 4 de la tarde la habitación estaba sin hacer, y luego el suelo con moqueta hace un ruido tremendo, las camas pequeñisimas y toallas y sabanas del año de la polka. Pero para el tiempo que estuvimos en el Hotel.... en esta ciudad apenas tienes tiempo para descansar con la de cosas por visitar que tiene. |

Ho apprezzato il fatto che fosse molto pulito. Inoltre la colazione, anche se non continentale, mi ha soddisfatto poichè era provvista, comunque, di tutto ciò che generalmente si mangia a colazione, tranne le brioches fresche. Solo un po' rumoroso,infatti i pavimenti in certi punti scricchioano e le pareti son molto sottili, ma tutto sommato non ho trovato ospiti particolarmente caotici. |

L'emplacement de l'hotel, tres accessible, quartier agreable, proche de plusieurs stations de metro, pratique : distributeur boissons et encas a la reception Accueil assez impersonnel, pas de carte de la ville a disposition, chambre superieure mais non justifie : ecran lcd avec tres mauvaise reception, chambre sur rue juste a coté de l'entree : bruyant, disposition de la salle de bain exigue : les toillettes sont a peine espacee de la baignoire: on se cogne, petit dejeuner bon mais : heure limite 10h mais des 9h50 tout est "remballé", pas de clim dans la chambre "superieure" donc tres chaud (pourtant frais dehors) |
