Staff good and friendly. Room very very small so poor in terms of comfort. Having paid £79 I would have exoected a bit more especially as the room was supposedly discounted from a £90 price! It ws only worth £40-£45 to be honest.

Nice interior design, clean rooms, good reception Poor breakfast buffet. And unfortunately the corridor leading to my room was used as a dump for odd chairs :s Very expensive WiFi

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot/cold water in the shower was reversed. Hot was blue cold was red. I was not informed of this during checkin - cold shower on night of arrival.

Stands out in its class of central London hotels for value, comfort and service. Comfortable room, nice linen, fresh appearance, spacious bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

A clean modernized room in a small "guesthouse" as it called itself. As London is an expensive city for a lot of times, this is a cheaper option. Very close to "Bayswater" underground station

Room had been recently renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. Nearest tube station not too far away. Comfortable bed - all in all I find this hotel to have very good value, especially with the low season pricing. Light sleepers may find the hotel noisy - buildings of this type rarely have good soundproofing, so in your room you will hear sounds from both outside (the street is not a high traffic one though) and other parts of the building. Rooms are small and it's quite a maze inside (narrow corridors, lots of stairs etc), so I'd not recommend this hotel to persons with reduced mobility.

Friendly and helpful staff and very good continental breakfast. Catering staff in particular was very attentive and keen to ensure supplies were continually replenished. Fairly small bathroom where the hot water was slow to heat.

I have stayed in a number of hotels in London and paid more and got much less. The room was larger than expected overall great value for money. Even breakfast wwas better than expected.

Excellent location, central London, quiet neighborhood, near the Tube. Clean bathroom. Didn't have the time to have breakfast or use the Wifi, so no comments for them ! Very small room, value for money only if < 60 UKP.
