Good facilities in clean room
Noise from room above
The hotel was close to a tube station and Hyde Park. Beds were comfortable and staff was nice.
The WiFi was bad because you had to log on every time you wanted to use it.
Small hotel but clean and nice for a weekend holiday when you know what to expect. Good location with restaurants close by.
Noise from the hallway may disturb occasionally.
Too small double bed
Rooms are very small and not very cleaned. Staff is not always professional It is not worth the money.
Only the location ...quiet and walking distance from Portobello Rd
Didn t like the bathroom was very old and didn t feel clean at all ,same for the bedroom. Not good for a 4* and the high price.Reception was very cold welcoming us.Will not recommend it
Quite expensive for the facilities being offered.
Cozy Guest house, great English Beakfast!
The hotel failed to mention that the room is not equiped with Air conditioning nor a mini fridge. Which I thought were standand features of a 4* hotel.
Staff working in hospitality industry did not act like professionals. We were initially given a room that was not acceptable and not the one we booked for. Only after talking the other room was given which was in the basement. The bathroom was a bit of a disaster. I will not go back there.
It was clean, the staff was nice and helpful, the locations was perfect.
The booking was unclear on whether the breakfast was included or not. The breakfast could have been of a little better quality
The locationof the hotel is a few stations away from all central locations and is a walking distance from Nottinghill. There are many pubs, parks for morning sport fans, supermarkets and restaurants in the lively neighborhood.
The rooms were on the small side. The first room I slept in was Ok but the second one was very small. I was one person but for a couple it would be way too small. The rooms on the back side of the building overlooked a power plant. I sleep well and the constant humming / slight buzz did nıt disturb me but might be disturbing for those who are obsessed with such low frequency noises.
I love staying in that area so Princes Square Hotel is perfect for that. I paid for a single room so knew what to expect even though it was really tiny but so comfy at the same time.
The staff wasn't very warm.
location is good
WIFI is poor to nonexistent!
The location is ok
The bath room is too small
Superb location near two tube stations (Bayswater, Queensway). Small but spotless and quiet room, however, a double room was comfy for a single traveller. Simple basic breakfast. Friendly staff. Safe in the room. The view from the room was to a dull but quiet backyard but also guaranteed a good night sleep.
No airconditioning, only a big window which was bit tricky to open.
My single room was basic and rather small, but it was fine for a one night stay. The room was spotlessly clean, very quiet and the bed was comfy. I had a great nights sleep. The hotel was in a good central location and very good value for money.
Close to rail & bus links. Lift.... saved us lugging heavy bags up stairs!
location, quiet, value for money, clean, 24hr reception, friendly staff
-comfy beds, -£8 breakfast was amazing! -great staff - close to bayswater tube -friendly
Staff helpfulness - I booked it as my daughter was coming back via London and the trains were a mess, so I decided to get a room in London. The front desk helped me get taxis, kept asking if I needed anything, and were very welcoming when I did finally get my daughter back - a 3am. Room cleanliness was above average for a budget hotel. Free wifi had good bandwidth.
My twin bed room was rather cramped but that is to be expected in what is a budget hotel - so not a problem
It's was reasonably clean, Thats it
The reviews made the hotel seem like it was more than amazing.. i felt that we didn't necessarily get the quality of service for the amount we paid for..... it was very noisy in the mornings and the room was extremely small for two people to the extent that i don't even think that one person would even fit comfortably.. all in all the room was clean, but the overall experience was not worth the money spent at all.. ratings too high
reception staff good. Provided iron and ironing board promptly
Price was not cheap
Located in a decent neighborhood however a little bit far from the main attractions Hair dryer and coffee making facilities were good
The room was too small for 3 persons The lift was not working properly
Overall ; a very good place to stay, staff very helpful and would like to visit again.
