Real good hospitality. We stopped for a night on our way to Donegal. Had plenty of time to see the sights in the City of Derry as b&b was within easy walking distance of city centre. Good Ulster fry and continental breakfast. We will definately use this b&b again in the future. Brill.

    No complaints.

Good value for money but we got it on a value deal. Was a nice surprise to get a cooked breakfast when the website said only continental.

Room didn't seem very secure all though had no issues

Very friendly couple. Breakie was lovely. Room was perfect. We stayed in a smaller room and still had plenty of space.

The shower room needs some work.

Having stayed here before this accomodation was still very homely comfortable and reasonably priced , with very friendly staff and good convenient central, yet quiet location in city centre and would again recommend to anyone.

If you are looking for a five star hotel then this is not for you. But if you are looking for a excellent value for money room, clean, comfortable b&b with in a short walk to the city center & entertainment, with very friendly staff & a much tastier Irish breakfast than the nearest b&b the serendipity. Then this b&b is definitely a very good choice. I will be definitely going back in the summer.

    Nothing everything was all good.

Fantastic beds, great room and very nice interior.

It is difficult to get in to the b and b if the owner is not there. Also, no si gn on door or window to make people aware it is actually a b and b.

Staff, location and the bed were all fantastic! Breakfast was also brilliant! I won't be staying any where else from now on :D

Would be very hard to fault this place, aside from perhaps the front door which was extremely difficult to close properly and took me a good ten minutes of struggling with (I ended up having to put my hands through the mail slot and slam it repeatedly until it locked). It might be okay during the day, but I would be concerned at night time if people were not closing the door properly behind them.
