The staff were friendly and the room and toilet was clean the room we had was tiny. My fiance couldn't take a shower because is was so small, even going to the toilet was a performance. The window in the room could not be opened and the bed was like one of those you pull out when your cousins come to stay. The constant stream of people opening the squeaky and heavy fire door right outside our room to get to and from their rooms was horrendous. |

The location No bedding in the middle of september, springs coming out of the mattress, staff very poor english, tiny room listed as a double but no way a double room, no channels on the tv worked, a very bad experience overall. |

Close to facilities, transport etc. Very central. The lift was out of order and I was given a room on the 5th Floor!!!! The TV did not work and the bedspread should have been thrown out years ago. It was grubby and did not give a good impression. |

Det ligger i kort avstand fra både undergrunn og busser,og det er spisesteder og kiosker i nærheten. Kanskje på tide med litt oppussing?Et sted du sover,men innbyr ikke til å oppholde seg på hotellet på ettermiddagen/kvelden, da det ikke er plass på rommet. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Hyde Park, nicht direkt im Zentrum aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut erreichbar. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte nicht mit Kreditkarte bezahlen, nur bar. |

Nähe zu den Tube Stationen Paddington und Lancaster Gate. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich, die Zimmer relativ sauber. Frühstück (ohne Aufpreis für Englisches Frühstück) war mit Kaffee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Marmelade und Müsli. Von drei Nächten war es in der ersten sehr laut durch Party/Disco in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Alles ist sehr eng, das Restaurant ist im Underground. |

Gute Lage, direkt am Bahnhof Paddington. Bad war sauber. Zimmer zu klein, entsprechen nicht der Beschreibung. Mein Bett war eine Katastrophe, billiges Drahtgestellbett. |

La proximité par rapport au lieu de la conférence professionelle Chambre en sous-sol difficile d'accès.Murs défraîchis avec en de nombreux endroits des traces de fuites d'eau. Literie "déplorable" ressemblant plus à des lits de camp. Pas de chauffage. Sdb nécessitant plus qu'un rafraîssement (nombreuses traces de fuite d'eau et moisissures). Petit Déjeuner servi seulement à partir de 07h45 !!!!! |

En mistään Huoneeni sijaitsi kellarissa ja oli todella pieni. Kylpyhuone oli siisti, makuuhuoneeni sen sijaan oli pölyinen ja ränsistynyt. |

De ligging van het hotel (fijne buurt, vlakbij metrostation). Slecht bed, vreselijke matras, douche die maar half functioneerde (koud water, warm water...), televisie die niet functioneerde, zeer groezelig, onvriendelijk of onbekwaam personeel, triest ontbijt... |

A proximidade do metro e de todos os transportes. Muito central e muito fácil acesso. Zona muito agradavel e a recomendar para quem for a Londres o hotel precisa de ter mais limpeza e remodelação. Muito velho, más camas, quartos muito pequenos. Muito fracs condiçoes. pequeno almoço muito fraco. |

la posizione Le camere poste nel seminterrato, l'odore di fumo nella camera pur avendo chiesto una camera non fumatori, la camera eccessivamente piccola da non riuscire a stare in due persone contemporaneamente in piedi, la maleducazione dello staff. |
