The staff first and foremost (especially emma) are extremely helpful and professional, but also knew how to have fun and have a laugh. I liked the high class feel of the room. The facilities were very nice and it was good value money.
Its understandable that with it being a party hotel that there would be some noise, which i don't mind, but it should be expected by anyone who wants to stay there.
Staff were so friendly. Place was amazing & will defo stay here again!!
Great location, spacious, good value. Different. Would use again
Some fixtures little tired.
Location was perfect felt like a luxury hotel for next to nothing
Everything was excellent, Sarah the night Porter was fab, Tina the chamber maid was a real Darlin.....the service on every level was second to none, we are definitely booking again x
Decor, size, spacious sleeping for families
Was right next to a club, loud music and people shouting all night then workmen in street banging early in the morning
everything except the noise
noise at night
Everything was amazing nothing to not like
Everything! Friendly staff, lovely rooms, excellent location. Excellent customer service from start to finish, we will be back again soon!
We got a huge room for a really good price, the room had everything you can possibly imagine, incluinding a playstation! The location is perfect, not only fot night life, but is close to all main attractions!
I stayed only one night
Just had a great break in Liverpool, hotel was fantastic went to see Kylie Minogue at the Echo arena which was fab, bars on Albert Dock the Smugglers Cove and Revalution also went down well. The hotel is on the edge of the Mathew Street area where there is great entertainment to be had, there is noise from there but it added to the atmosphere of are stay, the rooms are fantastic, breakfast in the room was also excellent, and had some nice cocktails in the bar, will definitely stay here again when I visit Liverpool again.
The staff, they were very friendly, informative and welcoming. The taste in decor throughout the hotel from reception to rooms made you feel comfortable yet almost like a celebrity. The television and playstion 3 in the room with singstar karaoke. The hotel room also had a kitchen and bathroom was amazing.
The fact I only stayed one night. I will stay again, for 2 nights with a late check out.
Great room and location comfortable beds stayed for one night with group of friend's for my daughter 21st enjoyed every minute of our stay
The only fault was it was too hot during the night x
We stayed here recently for my boyfriends birthday, all off the staff were really helpful we event got a complimentary free drink as it was a special occasion which was lovely. The room was decorated lovely with many added extras such as spa bath and sky shower and everywhere was immaculate.
It was a little noise being sooo close to Matthew street there was a club just outside our window.
The bedroom was massive with a large bathroom and kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable & the room was clean. The location was excellent - walk out of the hotel door in Stanley street right in the centre of Liverpool. The staff too were extremely friendly & very keen to help.
The hotel specialises in accommodating groups in big rooms, some really large. Even midweek we were unfortunate enough to have 5 people check in at midnight in the next room to us and the noise continued for 2 hours, then resumed at 5am. The staff did what they could but we got little sleep. This can happen in any hotel but the risk must be higher in this hotel. The £100 per room security deposit is perhaps indication of their concerns about some clients.
The staff thought better and moved us from Stanley St. down to their other spot on 30 James St. Due to the noise and hen party's that weekend. Was very impressed with that hotel and also the staff!
Our bathroom did not have a mirror or electrical plug. Made it difficult to shave !
The best parts of this hotel are the staff & the location.
The wet bathroom. This was completely user unfriendly. Everything in the bathroom would get wet. You couldn't even bring in a towel or change of clothes. It was dark like a cave and there was only enough room on the small shelf for a razor & toothbrush. There really was no where to put your toiletries. The lighting in the room was dim. You had no way of opening a window or controlling the heat or air. We travel quite a bit and my husband has traveled to India where he said at least their wet rooms were user friendly. We wore shoes in the room to diminish the chance of slipping. We really felt that everything getting that wet was truely dangerous.
room was brilliant location great
lift kept breaking and had to walk up to the top floor. Had no sink in our room to wash dishes and asked the cleaner could we get them washed and she didn't. room looked big in pictures but are actually quite small. Were told we weren't aloud to use the towels in case we got tan on them, and if we did there would be a ten pound charge.
amazing accommodation and friendly staff really helpful would definitely go back there children enjoyed as much as adults wanted stay longer
there was nothing we didnt like here stayed many hotels in liverpool certainly the best
The staff and their helpfullness
My daughter and 7 friends stayed in the santum suite for her 15th birthday . They loved it and the room was gorgeous. Lovely helpful staff who couldnt do enough for you. I have previously booked and stayed in the vault for her birthday last year and would always book through signature living. excellent rooms and helpful staff.
Air con had one controller for the whole floor out room was freezing. No double glazing do kept awake all night by the sound of the nightclub
7 of us stayed in the moulin rouge apartment for 2 nights. On arrival we was pretty impressed with the location very central to Matthew street and Liverpool 1. The staff were incredibly friendly and called on several occasions to check that we had everything we needed.
Although the rooms did look nice they were not as luxurious as we were anticipating. As we had only paid £160 for the room for both nights we felt that this was a fair price as we would have been disappointed if we had paid the weekend tariff. Although advertised the room did not host a spacious kitchen area we required as we had brought our own food, although staff did cook it for us (with little success) which was very kind of them. Overall I would recommend the apartments if you get them at a lower rate.
Huge room for two of us. Lovely fluffy towels. Full English breakfast was one of the best I have ever eaten !
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We did have a very long wait for breakfast on our first morning as only one person taking and dealing with breakfast orders. No fridge in our room. No jacuzzi bath
