The rooms had everything we needed... comfy bed, en suite and TV. Very clean. Also close to the Internatuional Centre where we were on business. The postcode given for SAT NAV took us to a different road. Had to call the emergency number to get directions. Lounge bar wasn't open, but that could have been as it was early evening.

Very clean, nice tv and wifi which is all I need. Room didn't get cleaned for my second night, so no fresh towel or replacement tea coffee etc. reception, whilst very friendly, were unable to help as they have little to do with the rented rooms. Just got a complaint form. Is this the norm?

Considering we had two room for three days we never got s change of towels in three days We. Never had the room cleaned in three days and the tea / coffee milk that was provided was never topped up. The staff that welcomed you was like night club security doormen. However localisation was very good for where we was working. Rooms had everything we needed and great value for money. I will use again but if it ment paying extra to have clean towels each day and room made over I would have paid it. Pleasantly surprised, stayed in H block, which had been redecorated, large single room which suited my purpose for visiting Scalemodelworld, 20 minute walk down to the Exhibition centre and a £4 taxi fare back. Try The Lion in Shifnal Rd for a pint an meal Lack of bus service into the Campus

Cleanliness, staff support and the new (or very well renovated) look was perfect for me. Free wifi access, tv with main international channels and a very practical bathroom were amongst the things I liked. Its vicinity to the railway station (1 km) was also very important. No disturbing traffic racket at night, disciplined guests and sport facilities add to the attractiveness of Priorslee rooms. Some hassle (for non-UK visitors) to get pc and mob phones loaded when not having brought an adaptor. But there the staff was great to help out.

Room was excellent. Clean, spacious and easily accessible. Reception (university security guard) was friendly and extremely helpful. Free taxi phone is available at reception. If you want breakfast you MUST pre-book and get a voucher. I didn't know this and missed out. Why they bother I don't know as you still have to pay for it at the time... Tea and coffee was provided in the room but was of dreadful quality and ended up down the sink. For what's provided (a bed for the night) I think the Priorslee Rooms are a bit too expensive.

It was really noisy . You could hear the plumbing every time anyone used the taps. And every time anyone opened or closed a door, or their phones

on suit bedroom, TV well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Good heating and hot water. The bed linnen was made of fabric which stuck to my cotton pyjamas impeding turning over. after 4 sleepless hours I got my sleeping bag and slept in it on top of the douvet! On arrival I found the TV could not find any channels. I went back to reception to get help. A member of staff came to my room and spent a lot of time finding channels. I found the clock radio un plugged and had considerable problems shifting the bed enough to reach behind to locate the plug.I had trouble finding reception because the post code was incorrect, My sat nav took me to an exit with closed barrier. Eventually after asking several people I found the correct entrance nearly 2 miles down the road.TF2 9NN

Compared to several places in the area, this is pleasantly quiet from traffic Be aware, that whatever the description, this is basic student single room accomodation - no more - it is functional for a night. There are no hairdryers, irons, dressing mirrors, spoons . this was an expensive con which I would not recommend for more than £20 . The university should be embarassed to be allowing these bookings because their staff who meet and greet certainly are.

I usually stay at Travel lodge but no more. In future when possible I will stay at Priorslee Rooms. It is closer situated to my friends and I really liked the room. The duvet was really thick possibly wonderful when its cold, but I found it too hot so I slept on top with a towel over me. Perhaps a sheet with it would be a good idea? My only complaint is the tea and milk was horrible and undrinkable. Everything else great value for money. I will definitely stay there again. Just the tea and milk.

I have booked a room and I have got confirmed that there is a room but when I went there on the day I had to wait more than 2hrs and all I heard that there was no room booked for me...This is awful, at the end I had to look for another one...I Will never ever go to this again.

An absolute disgrace - it was overbooked and I was sent first to a grim bedsit on a scruffy housing scheme - where the bed appeared to have been slept in, next to another bedsit on another scheme- it was being done up, so clean but smelled of paint, there was no tv, no hot water, no shower, no towels and not seat. An absolute disgrace, somewhere to avoid (and to be fair, telford is hideous and should be avoided at all costs. Ironbridge is, in total contrast, very pleasant.

I have ticked answers to questions from previous trips. Since I have been sent this questionaire I decided to fill it in. BUT...of the 3 occasions I have booked Priorslee Rooms the first was excellent, the second not so good as they had no record of my booking and put me in a small room with no tv or kettle and spiders and the 3rd occasion I recieved an email 2 days before my intended stay to say they had double booked the room and I would need to go someplace else in Telford, a shared house, which I did not do. So I had to pay £42 for a travel lodge instead and rearrange my Priorslee booking for the end of October, which I hope will stand as I really need the booking that day. I might recommend Priorslee Rooms on the first visit there, but the 2nd and now the 3rd is making me fed up, so a big negative response from me now I am sorry to say. I would not recommend it, not unless you have back up and money to go elsewhere at short notice. As above. I like going there as it is close to my friend's home but that is the only reason.
